Ideal for the classroom, great to encourage students

Unfortunately after the first day of use (and I was being delicate with it) the stamp’s side buttons flew out and the stamp jammed up inside. As the plastic sheared it is not fixable. It is made of lightweight plastic. The stamp portion itself looked okay.Update: after leaving this review the seller contacted me and offered to replace the stamp. I was sent a new stamp promptly and will start using it. I have tried it five times and it has worked. I will try to treat this one with kid gloves and update if I have further problems.

Great quality custom stamp. It stamps fast and clearly. I really slam on it and it hasn't broke in 9 months now. I will buy again if I need another custom stamp.

**UPDATE : Manufacturer contacted us and issued a full refund for this product. But, only after a negative review. This manufacturer needs to touch base with Amazon and let them know how to handle their refunds/replacements.**Upon receipt of this item, we could see that the customization was correct, which was good.However, when we attempted to change the date to test the imprint, the stamp casing fell off, and the components misaligned. Not sure if it was damaged in shipping or what, but I asked Amazon for a replacement/refund on it, and they said they can't do anything at all to help because it's against the manufacturer's policy to return it or refund it. Additionally, I'm not sure why they don't have band covers to cover the wheels/numbers at all because you get a lot of ink on your fingers when attempting to turn the wheels. They really should make this with covers.So, we wasted money (as well as 3 weeks of waiting time for shipping) on something we didn't even get to use.Don't even waste your time with this product or this company -- just buy something from someone else to save the stress.

The media could not be loaded. Cute stamp if it worked, but the ink pad was dry from the beginning, and when I tried to refill the ink, the stamp jammed. The stamp is not returnable, and Now it no longer works at all. When you click on Product Support, there is no option to actually get help. There is a pre-made list of problems to choose from, possible solutions. As a teacher, I bought this thinking it would save me time in the long run… instead, it was just a waste of money that could have been spent elsewhere. :(

I bought this with our cacher name on it. I roll the date to today and then head out caching. I also have a smaller one without the date for smaller log books.
