Large fruit bowl holds 10 lbs apples
I chose the bigger of the two size bowls.Volume:Holds 10 lbs of apples (pictured: one 5 lb bag galas, then added one 5 lb bag of golden delicious apples). Can easily hold a bunch of bananas with a selection of about 10 other fruits (oranges/apples).Sturdiness:It gives if I squeeze it, and could probably bend if I squeezed it with all my might. It’s probably about the strength of the thick parts of an aluminum can. If it fell on the floor, it would not get dented, but if it was deliberately thrown then it would get damaged.Material:I don’t think this is pure copper. It appears to be a copper-colored finish, and could probably be scratched.Beautiful and unique bowl, I am pleased with it!

Good Looking Bowl
This accent was a gift to complement other rose gold items in my daughter's apartment. Rather than decorating it, she left it empty and it was simply gorgeous on her dining room table. Now she has added fruit and it is still just as gorgeous.

PRETTY, UNUSUALLY FUNCTIONAL FRUIT BOWL.
THIS IS A PRETTY PIECE, A LITTLE ARTSY BUT HIGHLY FUNCTIONAL. IT ALLOWS THE FRUIT TO BREATHE EVEN UNDERNEATH IT. USUALLY FRUIT OR VEGETABLE DEVELOP A BAD SPOT WHERE THEY SIT ON A HARD SURFACE. THIS BOWL ALLOWS LESS PHYSICAL IMPACT ON SMALL AREAS OF FRUIT AND THE GASES THAT OVER RIPEN THE FRUIT ARE NOT TRAPPED AT THE CONTACT POINTS SO MY BANANAS AND APPLES ARE LASTING LONGER. RECOMMEND YOU GET THE LARGER SIZE AS IT ALLOWS ROOM FOR A VARIETY OR VOLUME.

The bowl is not packaged properly so arrives dented
I've ordered this bowl twice now and on both occasions it arrived dented. The plastic air bubble packaging that comes inside the box is not enough to provide a protective cushion for the bowl. Very disappointing as it's such a lovely bowl. I'm not sure if I should waste my time trying to order it again.

Excelente pieza. Empacado mejorable
El frutero está excelente. Me gustó mucho el diseño, calidad, tamaño y precio. El único "pero" es que al estar hecho de malla de alambre, es muy frágil en cuanto a que con relativa facilidad se puede deformar si no se trata con cuidado. El empaque en el que me llegó estaba protegido con paquetes de aire por dos lados, pero la pieza estaba empacada en una esquina de la caja, así que la parte que estuvo en contacto con la caja se deformó un poco.
