Humidity inside the AMS went from E (high) down to B (low) in just a few hours, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Really pleased with how well it absorbs and maintains dryness.🖨️ Setup & UseI printed AMS pods to hold the desiccant and popped them inside the AMS unit - works perfectly. I’ve uploaded pictures to show the product itself, the pods I printed, and also a screenshot from Bambu Studio showing the humidity drop for proof.🔄 Recharge & IndicatorsOne thing I like is that it’s not single-use - the desiccant can be “recharged” either by microwaving (7-12 minutes at 700W) or using an oven (0.5-2 hours at 90-120°C / 200-250°F). It also changes colour from orange to green when it’s absorbed moisture, which makes it really easy to see when it’s time to recharge.📦 OverallSimple, effective, and great value for keeping filament dry inside the AMS. Works quickly, reusable, and easy to monitor - couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend it if you want to keep your filament in top condition.

I’ve been using this Fonday moisture-indicating silica gel in 3D-printed containers inside my Bambu Lab AMS 2 Pro, and it has worked brilliantly. The indicator colour change from orange to green is clear and easy to see at a glance, so I always know when it’s time to recharge.The beads absorb moisture very effectively — since switching to this, my filament has stayed in much better condition, especially the more sensitive materials. Print quality has been consistently reliable, with far fewer issues from damp filament.Recharging is simple. A quick bake and the beads are back to bright orange and ready to go again, which makes the 2lb bag great value over time.The beads flow well, don’t clump, and are perfect for topping up small containers or refilling custom 3D-printed inserts.If you’re running an AMS (or any filament storage setup), this is a superb desiccant that keeps everything dry and performing at its best. Very pleased with it.

Just what I wanted and the colour indicator works very well. Bought in order to try and combat condensation in my windows.I half fill microwaveable containers with the silica beads and leave in the window sills. Once they’ve turned green you can microwave on defrost setting for 10 minutes, which dries them out to be reused.

Does the job.4 x 10 minute's in a Microwave on 10% defrost dries them out.Don't cook them or they die.

This item arrived on time and was well packaged. The beads themselves are a good size and are for use with my 3D printer filaments. I have used others but these are perfect as I just need to glance at them to know if I need to dry them or replace them. So far the results have been very positive. I would definitely recommend them and would buy again for sure.

Perfect for a Bambu AMS 2 Pro, I printed little pods to hold the desiccant and it reduced humidity from 42% when using the recommended silica packs down to 18% in a day. Beads are a good size too and the pods can hold a lot. The fact that I can restore them when full is an added bonus. Will save me a lot of cash in the long run.

Perfect for my refillable containers in my 3D printers. When it turns dark i.e. full of moisture, just microwave or oven bake the to dry then out and turn them back to bring orange (just be careful - these little beads get super hot!).

I purchased these to put in boxes that store my 3d Filament and there great and keep my moisture levels down and very good value for money as you can recharge them which means you dont have to buy more for a while.The pictures show before and after recharging them and these ones have been done at least 5 times.I recharge them in the microwave and recommend you use the defrost or lowest setting keep stirring every few minutes and they go from and reddish purple to there normal orange colour.Certainly would buy more

Bought to go with my 3D printer's AMS and works great keeping humidity to 10%. Just check the colour occasionally and if green in colour, just microwave for 10mins and replace when cool.Well recommended.

Benutze es um im AMS mein Druckmaterial trocken zu halten. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit war jetzt für rd. 6 Wochen bei 10%. in den letzten Tagen ging die Anzeige langsam hoch. Nachgesehen, grünliche Verfärbung. Aktuell trockne ich das verbrauchte Material in der Mikrowelle. Hierbei habe ich 200 Watt eingestellt und taste mich in in 5 Minutenschritten an das richtige Ergebnis wieder ran. Die Kugeln sind schon fast wieder hell orange. Funktioniert.

So far this desiccant has been very useful. I've had it for about half a year and it seems to keep all of my filament dry when put in a sealed container. I have 3D printed several containers that I've poured this desiccant in and in the picture that I attached I just have some sitting in a container inside of the sealed container my filament is in. It does exactly what it says and changes almost a dark purple color whenever it has absorbed all the water that it can. I was hesitant to microwave it at first because it was kind of scary lol. But I did microwave it and it turned Orange and worked exactly as advertised. I am now on my second use of it and I am very impressed with the results as my 3D prints consistently come out great.

Perfect, consistent size for my dry box on ams2 . Dropped the humidity from 12% to 0% in few hours after 2 months are still all orange and 0% humidity
