My husband and I own a business, where we build custom cables and wire harnesses. We have big desks that are essentially just solid wood work tables. They're great for the work we do, but the only storage comes in the form of a metal shelf attached to the top. I need a clean, tidy workspace, and I've always wished my desk had some drawer space. I've tried several different organizational solutions to corral all the tools and bits and pieces I use on a daily basis. The addition of these under-desk bamboo drawers has been perfect! Installation was very easy. I was going to mount the drawers with the included screws, but I wanted to try the adhesive squares (also included) first to see how well they worked. So far, so good! The clear, 3-D adhesive squares still allow the drawer to mount flush to the desk. I let it "rest" overnight just to ensure the adhesive had ample time to "set" without any extra weight. As of right now, the one I've already mounted is holding a little flashlight, a crimper, some dies that are sometimes awkward to store, and some precut heat shrink pieces. They're right at my elbow, so I can always find them easily, and the drawer takes the weight of the tools without any trouble at all. These seem sturdy and well-made, and it doesn't hurt that it even sort of matches the wood of my desk! I really appreciate the rounded corners at the front, because I'm always banging my legs against things (though fortunately that hasn't happened with these yet). Definitely pay attention to the dimensions if you have specific items you want to store, because anything taller than 1.25" won't fit.

Cute, well made, delivery on time. I knew these were small, but I thought they’d hold small eye drop bottles. Nope. Too late to return. Adhesive worked for 2 weeks on one, not even one day with the other. If they had been just a little deeper I would’ve screwed them to my table and used them.

I purchase two and liked them so I purchase two more. Once installed they appeared to be great. Had a few pens and small pad of paper in one and the wood split and broke apart and the drawer fell. It was only installed for two weeks. The other three are holding up well. Perhaps this one was a defect.

First comment: these are adorable. Second comment: they are quite small. Really pay attention to those measurements — these drawers are for a calculator, a few pens or flash drives, some sticky notes, computer glasses, an eraser, etc. Just a way to get some of the little clutter off your desktop. I wish my disc drive fit, but it was about an inch too big! But I do think they're useful with their limitations in mind.Being so small, I don't really have any fears that the adhesive pads provided will fail on most surfaces. I might wish that they had a little more surface area just to be safe, but you can't really fit anything heavy in these drawers anyway, so they should stay just where they are. They're solid bamboo, and though not cosmetically perfect (the side of a metal tack exposed on one side, one of the little bars underneath for pulling the drawer open not glued on quite flush/straight), seem like they'll hold together. At about $10/ea. for the pair, I think these are a fair deal.P.S. I only wish they weren't packaged in this crumbly type of styrofoam! It got flakes everywhere. Not my idea of a good time, ha.

I've been looking for a drawer for this desk for some time. I needed something to hold all the little things that wander around on top of my desk unattended. Most of the drawers I've looked at have been much bigger than what I felt I needed, so when I saw this set of two I had to give them a try. I was not disappointed. The size is right. I can place it out of the way (not so easy with the bigger drawers) and I love bamboo. We have any number of bamboo items throughout the house and, over the years, we've found it to be a very rugged material which just happens to look pretty darned good.In any case, you have to option of fastening them in place with the provided adhesive stickers or drilling some holes and using the screws provided. I went with the stickers, for now. They seem to hold quite firmly, and if they eventually fail, I have the pre-drilled mounting holes and a backup plan!If you're looking for a small, affordable drawer for all those little things on your desk, these are great little items and I would recommend that you give them a try.

I’d hoped to use these, and what I could see of them, they’re paclaged neatly and appear very nice.Unfortunately, upon opening the box, both myself and my adult daughter immediately got sick. There was a horribly strong chemical smell. This being the second day outdoors, it still hasn’t gone away. I’ve had an extreme headache following opening this box. I’m just glad that the little was down for a nap in another room, as I can’t imagine what it would do to him. Upon mopping, incense, and spraying air fresheners, there’s still a slight smell lingering in my home.I always thought people were exaggerating in reviews about smells. This is no joke, nor is it an exaggeration. I can’t remember ever having this feeling over a smell. I suggest someone seriously examine these, as this is purely awful.

The 2 set bamboo small drawers for under desk arrived today and they are great! We are moving in a few weeks and we are downsizing. We are getting rid of a large desk and going with a smaller one and this will be perfect to put under the desk for pens, post a notes and many other small items that one needs to use frequently. The media could not be loaded. When these arrived I opened the first one and loved it. It had just enough of a secure fit that it held itself closed on my Rolling cart. The second one was broken when I opened it and it is very loose inside the casing so it slides open when you don't want it to.
