The claims may not be supported by the EFF DEE AYE but centuries of use by indigenous peoples and peoples since state that this leaf supports female sexuality and hormonal regulation during menopause.Something to think on…Anyway after one dose I felt a bit of the intended effect and it was good. I've never consumed this leaf by mouth before so this was a new experience and it was about what I had hoped.If future use does not meet this same standard I will be sure to update this review with negative findings.Anyway…give it a try. These are medium large size capsules and are easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I feel like these are a good value for the amount and price they are. The product has many health benefits and uses but it is not mentioned or listed on the website or bottle so you have to do your own research or know what you are taking these for already. I feel like it could be improved by putting a few health benefits on the packaging. I got it for stress and anxiety relief. I feel like it has helped a bit and is a very easy addition to my routine. I can feel the gradual onset of less anxiety and stress after about 45 minutes.
