I bought this dish drying rack quite recently but am very impressed with it so far..It has a nice well-thought-out design, is elegant looking and lightweight, even though it's made mostly of metal.You can see how cluttered my last rack was compared to this one in picture 4!It came with clear instructions, which made putting it together a cinch.I've not fully put it to the test with a full load of dishes yet but it's very rigid and definitely appears up to the task.My favourite feature is the base drainage spout; it works very well and can be positioned to face any direction, so will work no matter how you position the rack on your sink. It comes with a number of handy attachments, which can conveniently be hung anywhere around the chassis. I've placed my glass and mug drying perches towards the far corner of the sink to avoid knocking glasses / mugs off by accident and my cutlery drainer towards the basin to avoid small spoons etc. falling behind in hard to reach places (see pics).If you're thinking about getting one of these, one thing I'd suggest checking the dimensions before purchase. The size ended up being perfect for me but was definitely taller than it appeared in pictures.The height however, adds the benefit of easy dish placement in either tier regardless of how many other dishes are already drying and also avoids the bottom dishes sitting in stagnant water.I initially found this rack a little pricy for my pocket but decided to go for it based on reviews and was glad I did.This purchase was a classic case of 'You get what you pay for'.

I received the dish rack today and found that all the different components were included in the packaging.The assembly process itself was quick and took around 10 minutes to piece it all together.Upon completing the assembly, the frame appeared both stylish and sturdy. The product's lightweight nature and easy cleaning were definite advantages.It has so many clever features and the size can be quite deceptive. The dish rack slightly elevated off the surface so the dishes can actually dry and water doesn’t pool and collect underneath. The spout is a much more efficient way to drain.The open, wire-frame construction is much easier to clean, with the only solid piece - the drip tray - being easy to wipe down. And the utensil drainer is detachable, making it easy to clean, too. The hoops on the side to take mugs/glasses give you more room for plates, bowls and even pots and pans.Overall I'm pretty impressed with this space saving and sturdy dish rack.

This product is good, it fits lots of things on, however don’t use the glasses hooks! I’ve put a few glasses on and they’ve all fallen off and smashed

Product arrived in good time, packaged well with minimal fuss getting it out of the box.It looks a bit fiddly but luckily the assembly instructions are clear and easy to follow, once you put it together it feels quite sturdy so you can pile up the dishes and not worry it collapsing.I feel like a lot of thought went into this, i love how base is subtlety funnelled to the drain in the middle after which the water comes out the through the spout, i did test this by pouring a load of water down the drain, no leaks or spillage so 10/10 for me.There is an element of customisation with where you can place the cutlery and cup rack, and the separators on the top left, i quite like this because i can play around and adjust when i need to.It is a bit big, but id rather it be too big than too small, it fits nicely next to my sink so no complaints. The material doesn' feel cheap, no plastic, all metal apart from the base, meaning it is a little heavy but nothing unmanageable.All in all, a great little piece of kit. Worth getting if you need something to rack up a lot of dishes and would definitely come in handy if you have sink with no drainer attached.

Been using this versatile dish rack for the past couple of days and it's been great! The rack arrived well packed in a box/sealed plastic wrapping, including a clear set of assembly instructions. Fitting the dish rack took just a few minutes.Made of metal/wire construction with a plastic tray, it feels solid and well made so should stand the test of time. Having two levels offers plenty of drying room/space for all sorts of crockery, pots, plans, cups, glasses, etc. The cutlery utensils holder is handy and so is the chopping board holder.I had previously used a household branded dish rack that was over double the cost of this dish rack yet did not offer anywhere near the versatility of this dish rack!Overall, my view is that this is a great looking, sturdy and functional dish rack that should cater the average household. It's excellent value too!

This rack is incredible. It has changed my life for the better, and everything is wonderful!Seriously, it's a dish draining rack. It seems pretty well put together, and being dual height I can put more on it than my previous draining rack. Having the base with the little drain underneath that can be moved is quite helpful, but it's only a draining rack. Unfortunately it won't do the washing up or put everything away for me. Still 5* though.

I am a retired toolmaker/precision engineer. this item is badly manufactured in the sense that the lowerplastic tray is too small or the metal part to be fitted to it is too big and thus will not fit together following the instructions so I will return it to amazon for a refund

The media could not be loaded. Really good dish drainer fits everything, I just find it's a bit big!

It's a the perfect fit for my kitchen counter!!I didn't use the drainer that came with it, though. I bought a drying "mat" which is really a piece of flat stone made of diatomaceous earth. Everything is perfect!! I love it!! ❤️
