Hit or Miss
I have had this product for 5 full months and so far it has fallen off the tile wall 3 or 4 times. I am very disappointed. YES I MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND DRY WHEN I INSTALLED IT. The suction back is sticky and you press it to the wall. Then you turn the dial to make sure it is nice and tight. It is supposed to be water proof I feel it is not. Because how would it fall off the wall if water did not get behind the suction and loosen it up. Yes it is easy to put back up but why bother if it will keep falling off. And it always falls off in the middle of the night and scares the BEJESSUS OUT OF ME. It also sets the dog barking like mad. You cannot imagine the sound it makes when the shower hits the tub. It is very loud. I have tried to put it back up each time it fell I am just going with a different product all together. The new one I am ordering is by JDERV it is all aluminum and made in Germany it is $7.99 it has no suction is supposed to be "waterproof" notice I said supposed to be. I have just ordered it so we shall see . It just has a strong adhesive backing plus it has 2 little hooks so you can hang a spongy scrubber or a back scrubber to it. We shall see. After I use it for a while I will post a review on the products page. It has no review so far but people who have bought it asked a lot of questions about it so I am taking a leap of faith. I will put a review on that page in about a month. I am sad that this did not work out and I wasted my money.

not reliable, at all
I’ve been using this for 18 months and it’s adhesion/suction is not reliable. It regularly falls off the wall randomly and potentially damages my shower arm and shower floor. the shower arm is holds is very light plastic. There are better products on amazon that do the same thing way better. My current hack is to use a separate suction based hook (which holds it suction way longer/better) which i wrap the shower arm around after placing it in the holder to keep it from hitting the shower floor when it randomly falls off the wall. But I need to find a permanent solution and may try the hom3dep0t “personal shower mount” which uses glue to mount a disc holder, then its suctions to mount the holder to the disc. the downside is that it uses glue.

Junk don’t buy no return or exchange!
Did not work. I purchased two of these one for me one for a friend. Two different surfaces mine a shower enclosure plastic smooth surface the other ceramic tile also smooth. Cleaned both surfaces applied as directed. The one I installed at my place lasted perhaps 5 minuets. Tried to reinstall two more times same results. The other one failed because the cheep plastic screw stripped. I just took it off thinking I could return both items. No returns allowed. I wonder why? Thank you Amazon I would expect some kind QC on items you sell on your platform.Well I have tried and tried with some limited success. Clean the surface but before you stick it in place turn the knob until there is a concave shape to the suctioning cup then press the whole unit into the surface. Then remove the unit by backing out the the knob and remove everything but the suctioncup then just press the very center of the cup only. Reinstalled the rest of the unit tighten as much as you can. Getting about a month at a time. I don’t leave the hand held unit in the holder only when I’m using it. Four weeks at a time is better than just moments. Always seems to fall off in the middle of the night ha ha. If you get this to work following the instructions I would be shocked.

It's been a month and hasn't budged. I did ...
It's been a month and hasn't budged. I did follow the directions for application. The holder is on tile which has a tiny/slight indentations and it seems to be so slight that it is not an issue. This does get used quite a bit with 3 people showering daily. I have no problems with my shower head fitting which can be turned in any position. We have not moved it from the original position when 'installed' so I cannot comment on that. This has been working out perfectly for the 3 of us who are very different in height. If any problems occur I will update my review.

It works!
It does seem to hold - I've been using it for about 2 weeks. It's really encouraging, all other cheaper shower holders have turned out to be a waste of time and money. I have to sit on a stool in my shower due to my health issues. This gadget keeps the shower handle close for hand held use, and keeps the shower spray low enough for washing/rinsing. My shower stall is slightly curved, so I can't rotate the shower head as much as I'd like, but that's not the product's fault. I've never had one of these that lasted, so I'm a bit skeptical... but, so far, so good.

You get what you pay for
Feels cheap, made of plastic or something like that. However my main beef with this was it didn't stick. The suction cup has a plastic cover- which you peel off to reveal a sticky back. Despite this, and tightening the suction cup, and this was applied to a nonporous surface, it would not hold. Most disappointingly my emails to the company were unanswered (despite a friendly card that came with the product asking us to email if there was an issue- with response "within 8 hours"). I finally had to apply gorilla glue on the suction cup, and held that in place with masking tape overnight- and only now is it firm enough to hold the shower head.

Whole body is made of cheap, chrome painted plastic.
Was very disappointed when I received it. Its is made of chrome painted plastic. Two weeks after I installed it, it fell off the wall it was mounted to in my shower and broke. Because of its plastic construction, the 4 screws that affix the shower head 'holder' to the wall mount part, pulled out of their holes and the two pieces separated. The thin, tiny screws pulled out of their plastic holes they were screwed into.

The WllRun Suction Cup Shower Head Holder is a gem!
I needed a shower head holder that could be installed temporarily on the wall of a shower stall that would allow the shower head to be reached from a sitting position The WllRun Vacuum suction cup shower head holder worked perfectly. It was easy to install, never came loose and when time came for it to be removed it was easily removed.

Excellent Holder for My Kids
Bought this for my kids, so I can adjust height of the shower head as they grow.Tried a few other products before, but this works the best so far.Other products pull the suction cup to create the suction. Eventually air leaks in and the holder drops and crack. This holder comes with an adhesive suction cup, so it holds the shower head much much better.I did notice the adhesiveness was affected when cleaning solutions was sprayed around it to clean the tiles. I would recommend taking this holder off when cleaning the tiles with bleach. The holder fits my original head perfectly, but when I bought another shower head that was smaller, it moves a bit. So check your shower head size.

Needs better adhesion cup
Though installed according to instructions on a tiled shower wall would fall off every 3rd or 4th day. Got tired of resetting so added silicone sealer on inside of suction cup and pressed it hard onto the wall. Put a silicon bead on outer edge of suction cup. Pressed cup into wall several times over the next day and let it all set for 2 days. Screwed face place back on tight. Has not fallen off in months.

it doesn't stick, be careful it's not built for wear and tear
It stayed up on its own for a few days. After that couldn't get it to stick no matter what. Eventually we just used plastic velcro strips. But I hate when I have to fix a new product. This is yet another product that should read "Some engineering required; we just decided to stop sorry not sorry"

Nice holder. Would recommend.
First I thought it attached via suction cup, but it's actually one of those synthetic gel-glue pads (similar to mouse trap sticky pads). Very secure. Feels just solid enough where I'm not afraid to break it off if I tilt the shower up or down too hard, but it is still plastic, so don't pull too much.

Don't buy, will cause more damage than solve your shower head holder needs.
Got this Feb 28th, 2019 and it fell today April 17th, 2019.At first, the suction of this holder was great. Today it fell and I followed the instructions to clean and re-install. It did not work. Not ideal for a long term solution. This was a total waste of money and it damages a brand new shower head which sets me back $50. This becomes too expensive if you have to reinstall every month.
