These rice “cakes” are so, so good. It helps if you are a fan of coconut (other flavors are great but these are superlative)—these are a crispy, little-bit-sweet snack. Irresistible on their own, also a nice crunchy topping for yogurt or ice cream. I’ve even pulsed in food processor with other cookies or crackers to make a gluten free crust for cheesecake. The texture is unlike any rice cake you may have collecting dust in your cabinet. Gluten free. They are small “cakes” and break down to about 6 calories each (serving is about 140 calories)

I was a little reluctant to try these because rice cakes are really not that exciting, but these are very good. The taste of sesame is not overwhelming, but it’s definitely there. There is a tiny touch of sweetness that I personally could do without, but it doesn’t distract from the overall yumminess. If you were on the fence about trying them, order them!

Amazing flavor and texture
Bought these in effort to have "healthier" snacks. For the amount you can eat compared to regular chips, they are a healthier alternative. The flavor is perfectly sweet and mildly hot, with such a light and airy texture. Have already repurchased multiple times.
