Once my boat is tightened, I knew with assurance its ready to travel a long distance. These tow straps hold on for the long ride and do it--do not loosen (however, I am from the old school, and I do stop every 50 miles or so and check all my straps, tires, tie downs, chains, etc just to be sure - and these RARELY never need an adjustment or tightening). Quality, buy them!

I love having this carry bag in my truck. It is super easy to store under the seat and when I need to tie down something they are easy to use and do the job.

These straps are just plain awesome… Extra rugged nicely made serious ratcheting mechanism.If I could give them six stars I would.

I finally found a set of ratchet tie downs that did NOT loosen while i was driving. These had a right hold on our cruiser bikes! The S holds are great too! You don't have to worry about them falling out.

Everything works as expected, great product.

I installed these on my tree stand . I wanted to be safe and change my straps on my 10 year old tree stand .

One of the issues I have with other tie down straps is that the hook(s) will sometimes come undone before I get a chance to put tension on the strap. That problem is resolved with these since the hooks have the safety clip. And the safety clip doesn't feel flimsy. It feels like it will keep the hook in place while I adjust the strap and connect the ratchet.The hook feels very sturdy as well. I don't know what the breaking/bending strength of the hook is, but it feels like it might be more than the 2200lb rating of the strap.15ft is a very generous strap length. I've had other 1" straps that have much shorter length.The strap itself feels very slippery. I don't think that's an issue. It might actually be helpful as it will slide across the load. But 1" is a bit thin. It's nice that the straps are compact, but I will likely need to use additional padding to prevent them from digging into items I'm carrying.The other features of the package are very nice as well. I often connect the two ends together -- hook to hook. Having the loops is great. I organize my other tie downs using velcro straps that I bought separately. Having these straps included in the package, and then having a storage bag is awesome. Everything is kept together, and clean.

I bought these tie-downs specifically because of the spring retainers on the hooks. No more frustration because the hook has come of the tie-down ring as you try to tighten the strap!The ratchet handle works smooth and is comfortable in the hand.A little bonus is they include short straps to put around the motorcycle handle bars and they include a carrying bag.
