American Apparel Unisex Stripe Thigh-high Socks

Y'all I never thought I would find socks to fit over my thicc thighs but these socls are MY JAM!I.am 5'7 195 lbs and my thighs are about 19 inches around. I am not kidding these are the most comfortable socks I own!!I will say they take some breaking in. If you think they are too tight right off the bat, power through. Wear em for an hour or 2, wash them (in cold water) wear them again. They WILL stretch. They were uncomfortable at first. But now I can stretch these bad boys almost to the leg opening of my underwear and they don't roll down! They are very tall! I tend to keep them about 3/4 of the way up my thigh, butnthey look cute just above tye knee if you like them bunchy.Pretty sure I am buying every available color.

*happy noises*Ahhhh! These are so perfect, and actually thigh high! I've searched for years trying to find good thigh highs and these have everything. They're super comfy and don't pinch or squeeze my thighs, they stay put, they're actually really warm (these are gonna be perfect for the winter!) and they're very stylish. They arrived the same day as the skirt I ordered so I was absolutely ecstatic :D Buy these! Also for reference, I'm 5'3" and 116 lbs with slightly thick thighs

I've bought these same socks years ago and I loved them but tossed them. I signed up for a floorwork class and needed socks that would ACTUALLY go over my knees (I've bought some before...they would barely come up to my knees) so I bought these! I'm 5'0 tall and they are really long...they almost come up to my hips!! Also, I have thick thighs and I kinda had to stretch them a little bit. All in all I love American apparel socks. They're great quality and are super comfortable!

I have really big thighs so I expected this but the first black stripe rolls up... I love the socks they are soft and very cute. I’m 5’7 btw. Tip: if the top rolls down just wear it inside out for a little bit and then once you wear them normally it shouldn’t roll up (that’s what worked for me)

Great quality, high HIGH thigh high and works okay for thicker thighs. I like to cut some of the elastic on the inside to loosen up my high socks. The green in this is a bit closer to black.

I've wanted a pair of these for years and unfortunately they didn't live up to the hype. My biggest concern was that they wouldn't be long enough for my legs (for reference I'm 5'7" with long legs) and if anything they're actually TOO long. Definitely tight at the top and squeezes my thighs which is another concern I had. My thighs aren't thin but I don't think I'd consider them to be much bigger than average so they would definitely not be for someone with thicker thighs.ALSO: I only bought these a few months ago and have worn them maybe 10 times but the seams at the top are already falling apart! Not what you would expect for the price tag.I gave three stars because they actually look really cute when I wear them inside out and fold them down. When I do that they hit the part of my leg I want them to and stay up when I move around. It also kind of hides the frayed seams. I overall don't recommend unless you're on the smaller side and want something cute to wear around the house.

I’m a sock queen. Cute long socks are my thing. These are my first pair of thigh high socks. They are very comfortable and fit great over my slim-thick thighs. The foot portion of the socks are made quite differently than the normal foot pattern. I wear a 10 in shoes. T

I wear these around the house on cold nights. I', 5'2", 115lbs. They go almost to the top of my thigh and always stay up. Normal sock thickness, so no issues with shoes. I love these. Wish I could find the blue stripe or the solid colors.

True to size, good thickness. Good quickly, don't fall down, didn't feel like you were made poorly. Great socks, nice colours. Pretty much look like what you get, which is great.

They are almost as high rise as the original American apparel socks but thinner I think. They are very slim/tight socks but the previous ones I have from AA are also like that. They seem well made and are very cute though!

Love the fit of these. I purchased them for my new roller skating passion!

Really well made, good material, slightly too long for my 5'4'' SO but with some folding can be made to work. Still have not found anything to compare to these. I wish I'd bought up all the stock when AA went under. Will never get bored of seeing her in them. Will also make an excellent wind sock for local light aircraft.
