Decent Playset for the Price
Overall, neat little playset. Simple instructions; relatively easy and quick to assemble. Takes up very little surface area. About 1.5 ft x 1.5 ft. The plastic components are not very flexible, so take care in assembly to avoid cracks in track and damage at connecting points. The set is not "robust." A child that plays on the rough side might damage it more easily than some others. Uses three AA batteries. Main support of the track lights up (colors vary during operation) and music plays as tiny cars speed around track. Turn on the little power switch, place cars on track, and watch the action. However, the music is quite loud (probably too loud for a child} and very annoying. The short tune rapidly repeats throughout the operation. Recommend disabling sound--there really isn't any vehicle or helicopter sound effects, so going without the noise will probably be a good thing. Helicopter spins around on metal shaft; rotors are not fixed in place--child can spin them--but they do not spin on their own. You will need to place the stickers in place for gas station, road signs, and others shown on package.

Fun toy- a hit for Easter,
This is a cute set, slightly different than the original road race set. This set has led lights and the horrendous music. We muffled it using a piece of cardboard and it helped. Our two year old grandson loved both the music and lights. He played with this for 20-30 minutes at a time and had no trouble setting the cars on the track.

Excellent little track
Excellent little track. Nice bright colors and the track has zero jams and the cars move great. Only takes 3 normal double AA batteries. I must warn that the music makes one feel like they are in the Twilight Zone. I can picture the manufacturers chuckling at the parents faces as the same 7 second screeching clip loops over and over again. Of course, my 3 year old girls absolutely love it and one even creates a dance to the nightmare trance inducing music. I am currently searching for a way to destroy whatever function in it allows the sound to come out. Must end the horrifying sound misery!

Wouldn’t purchase again
Great concept, but very poor quality. It was broken within a week. The wheels came off the cars and the track kept coming apart. Additionally, it plays music very loudly from a very poor quality speaker.

Great toy! I have 3 boys
Great toy! I have 3 boys, ages 5,3,1 and they all enjoy playing with it! The fact that the cars drive on their own took this toy up a notch from the standard car garages that my children have played with previously. Good choice!

I liked it before I turned on the sound
To be fair, I liked it before I turned on the sound. The cars move well and it's cute but the sound is painful. Loud and harsh continual noise. I tried to tape the speaker but it was still such an annoying sound. If it worked without sound I would have kept it.

Great toy!! Easy to assemble. It kept my children busy for long time. Fun music. Great price for this toy.
