***** UPDATE 072123 ***** I ended up gluing these into the shoes, I really wanted them to stick, but they didn't. I used the Dollar Tree's adhesive and so far, they are holding up well. I wasn't sure if the adhesive would eat through the silicone, but it didn't. These are great and they are really comfortable for my feet and really alleviate the discomfort from the soles of the shoe that I put them in. I will probably just glue the others into the other shoes I got them for just to avoid any slippage or other problems. I'd still recommend these to anyone with heel or insole issues. Having tried several different stick on orthotics, not a single one of them have stuck to the sole of the shoes I used them in. I think it's just the nature of the type of pressure that walking in the shoes puts on the product.*****ORIGINAL POST*****I have issues with my feet that make it very uncomfortable to walk. I have tried other things in my shoes trying to find anything that will provide cushioning for my feet. These inserts work for me. I have lost some of the fatty foot deposits as I have aged, to the point that I can literally feel my bones in my foot as I walk. I put these in a pair of shoes that I love but they lost the padding in the soles due to laundering, and I could feel the little holes in the sole itself. With these in the shoe, I don't feel them anymore and I can actually walk comfortably. I haven't walked a great distance, but my feet are so sensitive that I can tell immediately if the insole won't work. The adhesive seems to be holding strong, that is usually the only drawback to any inserts I have tried, but even if I have to glue these into my shoe, I will! These made a huge difference in the shoe. There is a little hump that hits my foot in the arch area, which has fallen, and it really gave me support and padding when I walked.You get two sizes in the package, one marked small and one marked large, I used the larger one to insure coverage, but there's not a big difference in the size. I'm guessing the different sizes are for use in different types of shoes. I put these in a sneaker type slip on, it fit perfectly. I wear a size 9 shoe.I will update this once I've put the shoes to the test. If they pass, I will be placing an order for another set if these continue to stick to the bottom of the shoe.

I walk 4 miles at a time on a treadmill and being a senior, I needed extra cushion for my heels and was having problems with my arches. These heel pads are a lifesaver and has eliminated some of the pain I felt each step I took a step on the treadmill.

I waited awhile before doing a review. Save your money. This product is TERRIBLE! They actually made my heel pain worse. The middle ridge of the insoles actually cut into my heels increasing the pain even more. Having plantar fasciitis sucks and this product actually costs me a medical visit.

The media could not be loaded.  Right off the bat, I love shoes; however, they all look great, but some are uncomfortable. I have been using shoe cushions for years. I find them more high-tech now and have been trying a few new ones. In fact, I found these really nice designs and had to get a set to try. I was not disappointed; this one has worked out great. First off, very easy to install. I liked that all I had to do was peel and stick; it was so easy to stick to the shoe, too. Secondly, so comfortable. I like how the heel cushion gives that nice padding but not too soft and not too firm, and these are just right. Lastly, the stick. I like that once these are in the shoe, they stay stuck. I have never had one come loose yet. No cons, it worked out great for me, and I am very happy with the purchase.

If you have plantar fasciitis heel pain while walking get these .I had heel pain for a year now .learning about plantar fasciitis .I bought alot of different cushions for my sandals ..still I was having the pain .when walking . I tried these ,hoping it would help they did more than help .the very fist day using them .I can walk how I walk.. i was shocked ..i had to review for anyone dealing with pain . i love my sandals and didn`t want to get an ortho sandal .so i have these heel cushions and stick on arch support . I walked 30 mins to wor and 30 mins home ..zero discomfort ..im buying more asap !

The media could not be loaded.  These are good heel cushions to use in all my shoes. This was a good value for two sets. I love how the soft gel feels on the back of my foot and how comfortable it makes wearing my shoes. I used these cushions mostly before and after all three of my pregnancies for comfortability.

I’m the average human, so I have 1 left foot and 1 right foot. I received one complete pair which are SENSATIONAL, but when I started to put the second pair in my other shoes, they were BOTH right foot pads. It would not be bad if my right was the foot that needed it, however my left heel is the problem! I obviously can’t return a partial package. Frustrated!
