I’m obsessed. I went from getting around 2k steps a day to 10k by dinner time with this walking pad. I walk ten minutes when I wake up, ten minutes after meals, and for ten minutes an hour during working hours. It’s life changing. I went from sedentary to looking for opportunities to jump on my walking pad — air fryer heating for two minutes? Jump on the walking pad. Food in the microwave for five minutes? Get a few steps in. Absolutely the best purchase ever.I can’t get it to connect to the app, but I don’t care. Love love love and have recommended to all my friends.

I used this treadmill regularly for almost a year, then the motor gave out. I figured I was SOL, but contacted the seller and was pleasantly surprised to get a prompt reply. Subsequent correspondence was helpful, the motor was found to be faulty and a new motor was provided in accordance with the warranty along with videos on how to change it out (easy process). The new motor works perfectly and I'm back in business! Thank you!

No set up required. Lightweight, easy to move around. Sturdy. I’m 5’2” about 145 lbs. Someone taller would have difficulty getting a full stride at faster speeds. Easy to use. Remote is a little off at times, meaning it doesn’t always pick up sensor when clicking buttons. But otherwise, loving it so far. Quiet enough at full speed. Speed caps at 3.9. Which is about 16 mins for 1 mile. Adding since I was curious about that info. Would recommend!

I was able to set it up by myself, there isn't assembly except to just plug it in. I plan on using this while working from home, and it works fine but I will likely have it off during meetings in case it can be heard through zoom. The display changes between the time on it, total distance, and calories burned, but I don't know how it determines the caloric number but really cool that it provides it. The remote come with a battery in it already which is convenient. I am walking on the treadmill as I am typing this review lol. I recommend slowing it down as much as possible or completely stopping it/turning it off before you step off so you don't slip. I like that it has two wheels on the front so I can lift it and store it under my bed. Overall Its everything I wanted for a treadmill that I can do during work. I love how compact it is.

I absolutely love how easy this was to set up, it works very well. Recently, my remote dropped and broke, and the customer service on purchasing a new remote was absolutely incredible from UMAY.

Updated April 2024: While my original walking pad did not perform as well as I expected, I was extremely pleased with how the seller handled the issue. A replacement was promptly sent, and I feel that the the after-sales service is more than reasonable for a product of this caliber. No company is perfect but a company's reaction to negative reviews speaks volumes. I purchased this walking pad in October of 2023 but did not start using it consistently until around January. I did maintain the walking pad as instructed with the lubricating oil that was supplied and also purchased my own as the bottle that the walking pad came with had a defective dispenser. All was well for about two months, then the walking pad started making sputtering noises (making me think the motor is malfunctioning; the item also occasionally shut down on its own without any prompt (and well before the 99-minute threshold). I've tried adjusting the the running belt and checking/adjusting the tightness of the screws, but these adjustments made no difference.

I loved this treadmill until a mechanical noise began happening every time I used it. Of course this began just after the return period closed. It was quiet, smooth, and loved the remote operations before this happened. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone based on the annoyance of the noise that began after several weeks of ownership. I did properly lubricate as directed.

Just got this. Tried to align the belt and it was so much more complicated than i expected. Just the slightest turn of the bolt and the entire thing will be majorly misaligned. Be SUPER careful and slow about adjusting the bolts. One scraped knee and alot of frustration later, i think i got it back to aligned. Other than that the treadmill seems good. Remote works good and love how slim and compact the treadmill is
