Missing Q-Bars and headboard arrived broken.
Everything was as expected except the broken headboard and missing Q-Bars, the bed set up was simple. I need to know how or who to contact to get the Q-bars and replacement headboard.

Horrible Experience!
I received incomplete pieces. Also arrived super late. Amazon didn't provide support in this expensive purchase. They didn't even deliver the mattress as expected.

Medacure full electric bed
Bed is great-mechanics are quiet-but the lack of standard half rails is problematic if you need assist moving about. The included small rails could be useful if you’re able to get in & out of bed alone. They can be moved to different areas on frame but will impede a transfer if left midway on frame. More useful would be half rails that could be easily lowered but the company does not offer that option nor can universal ones be purchased to fit on this frame. Very disappointing considering it’s an expensive purchase. Also note that if you choose to use a regular mattress that will adjust on this bed, note that of its depth is more than a few inches the included rails are barely above the height of mattress.

little misleading to side rails...
ok so thius bed is really great.. i am a c4/c7 incomplete quadrapalegic hurt in 1995... as i'm getting older and now have been in a chair 28 years i am buying my first hospital bed for home use. i have used a alternating low pressure air loss mattress since 2012, queen size, just never a hos. bed. so ofcourse i have issues.. first getting used to 36" width was very difficult for me, coming from the 60" width of a queen bed, and here in is my only problem.. so i'm falling out of bed alot, thankfully 17" not far fall.. yes the bed is 7 incxhes off the floor, but the 10 in air mattrees majes the fall 17 in. so, the problem is the rail. the side rails are about useless.. while they are fine just to roll over or slide a lil lefdt/right.they are just at the head of bed and i need full side rail.. so this is my issue only complaint, the bed is very pretty to the mohogany. it moves up/down fast enough and really love that it lowers to 7in and still has a 30in height for my caregiver. it rools super easy, my caregiver a lady of 5' 3" 115 lbs and 59 yrs old has no issues to roll me in the bed around the room the brakes/locks on the caster wheels hold good and work ok, wish it had the "central" lock option to lock all with one click.as the head (of bed)casters are kind diffiicult, if you have a nightstand or dresser, u can't reach to lock those because the caster is behind the dresser ect. thats just a preference, and a mental note made for if i ever buy new one. I would like to ask the seller if they know of or have siderails i could buy to put on this bed that would be high enough for 10in mattress and i would like to be able to raise and lower them. either a 2 piece side rail or full length as i am now searching for siderails to put on this bed. Im sure others will love this bed, i woulld definat;y recommend it to anyone needing a hospital bed, the ability to lower so low and raise so high is absoluttly a quad saver.. falling out bed hurts, and thankfully, s the low height has made falling safer and i can actually get myself back into bed without any assistance from my caregiver.. as i said c4-c7 quad, i have use right arm left arm is about 45% myleft hand zero use, right hand i can move fingers make a fist , fingers wont go completly straight my grip strength is not very much.. 20 pz water bottle is like my max ability to hold on too.. so yes my tri/bicepts not the best but good enough to lift onto bed, granted its easiest if i deflate mattress first, easy enough to just unplug air hose, i think that most any quad with any type of tricep use should be able to raise up enough to get yaself in the bed or even to grab the rail u can pull yourself up and across onto the bed.. So inconclusio, sorry about tellin all my condition, i just thought i should so oth ers undderstand why i had this issue... a fullu functional person will have no issues or complaints to this bed and the seller called me the day after i ordered it to set up delivery the following week, well, he called, emailed, and contacted through amazon. GREAT SELLER! faast shipping, box/packaged nicely.. easy to put together good instructions. highly recommend this [roduct and this seller.. "Click-Medical"**** PLEASE IF ANYONE COULD ADVISE WHERE CAN GET SIDERAILS I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE THE ASSISTANCE!! ****
