Professional sound quality at an affordable price.
I needed to replace an interface that failed during a project. Having used Audients id22 and reading that the converter specs were the same, I thought I’d give this less expensive model a try. I was really pleased. Sounded every bit as good as the iD22. I’d recommend it to anyone who needs a simple interface for professional tracking, monitoring and mixing. Works great with ADAT interfaces as well to expand the number of inputs from 2 to 10. I highly recommend this to recording enthusiasts and professionals alike.

Great sound, some units are defective though.
This is a beautiful little unit but it doesn’t last. I’ve had it for a year and a half and it just froze one day and stopped recognizing audio in and stopped pumping audio out. The meters are stuck at zero. The thing just died. Now I’ll have to send it back to the factory for a repair. Buyer beware.

Great interface
High quality sound, convenient controls, low latency in DAW. A bit pricey for a USB 2.0 interface

Seller not taking responsibility for defect and just leaving it to me and the factory.
Audient iD14: I bought this sound card new and ran it and all seemed fine. Then one day while recording all the light lite up and my software stopped recognizing it. When I tried to talk with the seller Kellard, They said Sorry, it is past our 30 day return policy, which I understand. They said I must go through to Audient, which said that a dealer should be able to handle this. So no Im back and forth with Audient about the factory defect and I am out a sound card. I can ship it to them and if nothing is wrong it will still cost me $50. This sound card runs $300 and I was able to use it 6 times then it fries.
