No quibble customer service - fun game
Four fun racing snails, great Christmas game. Had a problem with one snail but the company replaced the snail swiftly and we are very happy with the product. Would recommend this company

Lovely for small children
Cute little snails are brightly coloured and are easy to operate. Simply pull back and release. All of them worked well.

Totally disappointed with delivery
Snails are very cool and playing races with them can be very entertaining for the little ones (and not so little ones). However, I do not understand how they have organized the delivery.I ordered two packages, for my own interest (number of children) and because they also asked you for a minimum of 2 for delivery. I only got 1 package of 4 units, and apparently the second, came in another delivery that I am still waiting for.I was annoyed with the plans for the birthday party, because I had planned that the children would play races with them but since there were not for everyone, it could not be.So even though the toy itself is cool, the delivery logistics was a disaster and it ruined my plans.

Although they were exactly described, the two year old children they were bought for, had practically no interest in them. Perhaps they were too young.
