Updated review: I thought the belt didn’t come with a velcro. The seller reached out and refunded me. I also got a message stating that I should remove the film. I inspected the soft black thin fabric on the end and pulled it revealing the fine velcro. This product instantly went from zero to hero. The red light, massage & vibrate functions are a great upgrade from my regular red light therapy belt. For the price, I highly recommend the product. Reaching back out to the seller to charge me for it once more.- - - - -Initial review: The product claims the belt has a Hook and Loop design but it arrived WITHOUT ONE.

Im not use to standing for long periods of time. I had to all weekend. Came home put this on and it helped me a lot. I love that it has heating to it. It's easy to use not difficult at all

This is a back massage belt but it comes WITHOUT Velcro. Though price is lucrative but this item cursed me with nothing but headaches and returns.I believe it’s a manufacturing mistake. But if this item did come with Velcro, it’d keep it. My mom actually really likes this. It comes with a battery pack so there isn’t a need to be close to a plug.

I received the 1st one and it whitened great. The great really helps . Only issue after a week it stopped working, contacted Amazon and sent a replacement next day. No issues so far. I recommend if you have back issues it can asks be used on other muscles. I use it on my hamstrings aswell. The velcro thing was common sense to take off,future packaging maybe leave the protective film off so dummies can use it.

Strong velcro strap, 3 different massage settings and heat settings. I even wrapped it around my knee to help with knee pain. Easy to use, holds charge, fit for everyone, can take it anywhere or wear it under a sweatshirt/jacket.
