I don’t know, maybe it’s just me. I started it 7 days ago at 230 and am down to 229.2. That’s it. Color me unimpressed. It’s over-the-top sweet, doesn’t dissolve real well and I think it’s giving me dry mouth. I promised myself I’d try it for the full 30 days, and if anything changes, I’ll come back and review again. At $60 for 30 days, it should do something—digestion is better—which is the only reason it’s getting 2 stars instead of 1.

This is the worst tasting thing I have every put in my mouth like gag reflex terrible. If I could return I would. Don't waste your money, it's awful! if I could give it no stars I would have :-(

I'm not looking for miracles. The product alone is not going to cause massive weight loss in a few days or a month. I'm ordering again because my physician was very impressed with my lab work. It blends well with my collagen and organic beet/ginger drink. Just a few pulses does it. One can add more water to adjust sweetness. Tastes great and replaces my cravings for sweet unhealthy liquids. It is expensive but I'm worth it.
