After seeing many cordless blowers by Ryobi, EgGo, Greenworks, etc, I was pleasantly surprised and excited to see this B&D blower with claimed air speed up to 150 MPH! I didn’t see any cordless brands claiming 150 MPH for under $200 and most also used CFMs as a measuring unit. So that the B&D, a well respected brand, also came with two batteries and a special price under $100 clinched it’s for me. I also have B&D cordless trimmer and have been happy with it. I received it overnight and eagerly charged up both batteries and tested it out the next day.Unfortunately, the air speeds, both low and top speeds, claimed are not even true. How do I know? I compared it against a my old Homelife corded blower that had two speeds —120 MPH and 150 MPH. The top speed (supposedly 150 MPH) of the B&D cordless is much less powerful than even the lower 120 MPH setting of my corded blower! And the lower speed of my new cordless blower clearly much lower than the 120 MPH of my old corded blower.But I am keeping it because the top speed is sufficient for me to do most leave and debris cleaning for areas far from an electrical outlet. It’s also weight and gives me the ability to move into tightareas. The batteries seem to hold a charge pretty well. For heavier duty work I will continue to use my corded blower with the real 150 MPH blowing power. And maybe keep looking for another cordless brand that can match the air speed of the electrical corded models.UPDATE: this product is from Lazyboi, model LA 808, not from B&D as I incorrectly referenced above. Unbelievable! When I took this out of the box, the first thing I noticed was that it was light. Batteries were two thirds charged, so it took me about a minute to put a battery in (you get a spare), connect the two nozzles, and out the door I went to clear off my driveway. This thing blew sticks, leaves, and buds from the trees...everything off the driveway. It's so light, just about anyone can use it. Two switches, one for power and the other for speed. I didn't even need the higher speed. And since I mowed this morning, I used it to blow the grass off the walks. I used to just run the mower up and down the walks to clear the grass, but this blower was easier and faster. I think I just found my next gift to give to relatives.

I have wanted one of these leaf blowers for so long but always put off getting one. I saw this one here on Amazon and thought it sounded great for the price. Looks can be deceiving. I thought this blower was compact in size and may not work well. I was "blown" away. This little thing packs a punch. I'm amazed by the power this blower has. I've used it to clean dirt off of my sidewalks, blow out my rain gutters and even removed puddles pooled in my driveway. The machine is lightweight and just the right size to work without getting a sore arm. Its so simple to use. The fact that it has two batteries is a huge bonus. When doing a larger project, when one battery dies out, pop the other one on and continue to go. I should have purchased this a long time ago.

The duel batteries last well. The blower is lightweight. The blowing power of the blower is not good.

Although the unit is light weight and very well balanced, it just doesn't generate enough force to blow away a pile of leaves (this is at the high setting). I don't know why there is a low setting since the high setting barely moves anything. Battery life is short (at most 10 minutes), that's why they include two batteries. Hard to blow leaves from even a medium-sized lawn in less than 20 minutes.

Bought this for my wife cause it is very lite weight and she is not give out holding it up while in use . But one of the batteries is not charging up and only lasting about two minutes before it dies and then you half to get the other one which last a lot longer than the other one .
