The installation was easy and it came with a wall mount or a mount to hang on your toilet. The spray is powerful and easy to keep clean.

Bidet is a must
I love this bidet, and it was very easy to install. I will be honest that I hesitated, because the whole process just seemed very intimidating. It’s not bad.What I love about the bidet is that it doesn’t need to be hooked up to anything else besides the toilet and the pipe. Just make sure that you read the instructions carefully and you watch the video provided on Amazon. You will be fine.I use the bidet on myself and if the water is cold in the pipes, you will be using cold water on yourself. It is not temperature regulating.I also use a bidet to clean my bathroom. I love how strong the stream is and yes, you can control the stream. I will scrub my bathtub or let bleach sit on everything for a little while, and spray everything down using the bidet. This is honestly the best thing I have purchased for my bathroom.Just remember to close the valve when you’re not using it otherwise you’re at risk of having a leak as per instructions.

Easy install, great spray
This has been a game changer spraying out diapers. It's super easy to install. It has a discreet on off switch so I don't have to worry about toddlers playing with it.

Good value, works as expected
Using one for more than 2 years now. had to replace the hose once because it started leaking, but I think it was wear and tear from general use. Cleans you up nice and you save money on toilet paper.

Can be shipped to California!
Got this for the head replacement spray since the old one I was using is no longer being manufactured. It's easy to attach, easy to use, and delivers a good amount of pressure when in use. This unit is also the only one I can find that can be shipped to California. I have no idea why California has such stringent regulations in regards to shower heads, hoses, sprayers, etc. But whatever the case, this hose/sprayer combo is allowed and is perfect for our home.

Beautiful and cheapUnfortunately my building wont install it and I cant hire a Plummer so had to send it back.Came in a nice box and great quality productWas sad to see it go

It works
Check to make sure you have easy access to flush tank inlet. If yes, this product is easy to install.I bought 3 of these, it was an easy straight forward install. Works great, no leakage yet, been 3 weeks.

Wrong washer included where diverter connects to tank!!!
Wrong washer included where diverter connects to tank!!! Any water supply line to a toilet normally includes a ballcock shank washer. However, this kit only provides flat washers on both ends! Even if I tighten the connection as much as possible, it literally just pours water from that connection.For the record - I have installed 3 other bidets with no issue at all.Now, I either need to return this and buy a different bidet or pay money out of pocket to buy the correct washer.On top of that I wasted 30 minutes installing and then uninstalling this piece of garbage. Highly annoyed bc this should have been a super easy 10 minute job for me
