Just used the M6 tap, did the job I wanted it for. Chuck came loose a couple of times. Fine for money.

This item failed to perform the required task. Poor quality hardware

Work surprisingly well for a budget tap set

Bought this for a one off garage project, not used it yet but should do the job. Quality is good for the price and will suffice for limited occasional use.Good value!

Only used one tap so far, but did the job and was cheap fix.

I ordered this for the tap wrench alone so the selection of taps were effectively an added bonus! I far, far prefer this kind of wrench compared to the abysmal "screw-in" versions you get in most tap and die sets. This one has a reasonable-quality chuck and I like the design feature where the bar has a stop at one end only - this allows you to remove and reinsert the bar if you run out of space while turning it.Even though the taps were a bonus (for me), the inclusion of an M10 and M12 set is very useful as I have far fewer of these than I do of the smaller variants. I did try the M8 and it seemed solid enough with no obvious signs of wear after use.Minor point about the title which (at the time of review) reads "6pc tap wrench and chuck set… and die" - the set doesn't actually include any dies, however that should be obvious from the picture and product description.At the time of ordering this was priced at £7 which seems great value for money.

Garbage, only needed the 8mm for 2 holes, stripped the tap trying to do the first one, couldn't find my tap wrench so thought this would suffice.. Ordered some Presto taps now.Don't waste your money.. lesson learnt.
