Solid Product
I am a total novice at repairing my computer, so when it just totally died on me I was extremely nervous about opening it up to see if there was anything I could do. It was not taking a charge at all, so I thought maybe just try replacing the battery. It is better to try that than lose all the information on my computer and have to buy a new one. This battery was so easy to replace, the only thing I struggled with was the connecting the new battery to the computer before I screwed it all back down, but I think I was just overly nervous not to mess anything up. Once it connected, and I plugged in my charging cord, it powered right back up. I am very pleased with this product.

Recién la instalé y es muy fácil para alguien que tiene conocimientos básicos de mantenimiento de equipo de computo. Incluye recomendaciones para el primer uso que es cargarla al 100% y luego que se consuma hasta un 5-10% y de nuevo a cargarla hasta el 100, las 3 primeras veces, esto para alargar la vida útil de la bateria.

It's a real Dell!
I was surprised when opening this battery to see black magic marker on it. Upon closer inspection, they crossed Dell out! So that's either a good thing or a bad thing. This could be new, a Dell reject, a warranty issue battery, or from the company that sells them to Dell 🤷♂️I have installed the battery. It charged fine and seems to be working as it should!

This is the real deal
This battery is nothing short of amazing. I really did not have high expectations but I figured it had to be better than the battery that came in my "Renewed" laptop. So I swapped it out, charged it up, and it worked great. Then I decided to really test it. I turned on the laptop at 8:30AM with 100% battery. I just let it sit ALL day long and by 5PM, it was down to 28% and Windows said it still had just about 4 hours left. I realize it was sitting idle but for it to sit with the display on for close to 9 hours was amazing.
