I've been making dim sums for years and saw this little gadget and thought - it might make life a little easier. However to my massive disappointment it was the most dreadful failure of any kitchen tool I've ever bought.You can barely put half a teaspoon of filling into it, otherwise it spits it out, and the ends of the dumplings don't even seal either despite being dampened with water. So I went back to using a simple manual press to use the filling I'd made and all was OK.So my advice to to anyone thinking about it - DON'T. It's a useless device and will leave you frustrated with a messy kitchen worktop with nothing to show for it. Quite simply - do not buy. Mine is already in the bin.

È un oggetto non professionale, per cui non vi aspettate la precisione assoluta.Tuttavia imparando ad usarlo con un certo criterio, riesce a fare il suo lavoro.Puó capitare di dovere perfezionare la chiusura del raviolo di tanto in tanto, ma é assolutamente diverrtente.Bisogna posizionare correttamente il disco di pasta e inserire la giusta qyantitá di ripieno e il gioco è fatto. Anche la pasta deve avere la corretta umiditá per far si che i bordi si amalgamino bene. Inumidire la oasta se risulta troppo secca etc....fate esperienza e apprezzerete l'aiutino che vi da....non per persone che hanno assoluta fretta o persone poco pazienti.
