*Warning: This is a long review. Plenty of people post TL;dr abbreviated reviews. But this is not one of them.I have been taking this following a round of antibiotics, that destroyed my bad and good bacteria. I have chronic acid reflux, and also have Multiple Sclerosis. I'm on an immunosuppressant treatment that lowers my ability to fight infections. In-turn I have to be extremely careful with antibiotics, when they're powerful enough to destroy all the bacteria. And the side effects of many of my medications (That unfortunately I simply have to take, I've been on them for years.) cause stomach problems, digestion troubles, slowing down of everything, etc. Compounded by severe gastroparesis which makes all of the above just a lot more difficult to manage. (I know, I'm a lucky duck right?) And I'm only 25 years old.Using this has enabled me to have a more natural alternative; to taking OTC (over-the-counter) and prescription medications, for acid reflux and horrible digestion problems. Realistically, I haven't been able to get off my prescription entirely. But I've been able to reduce the amount of times I take it. From 2 times (Once in the morning, once at night.) and supplementing an immediate- release acid relief (Starts with a 'Z') OTC medicine... To once a day and not having to take the OTC med at all. I'm always looking for more natural ways to accomplish the same relief as prescription medications. This I'd say, is now a staple item in my supplements/vitamins/minerals/homeopathic arsenal. For reference: I've taken this for a month once a day at night. I plan to take twice a day when I get another bottle. Haven't experienced any stomach upset, return of symptoms when I "miss a dose" of RX, or additional side effects, exchanging this for my P.M. prescription med dose. Did take both doses of RX to start, but eliminated OTC for first five days. Then as a second step... I eliminated P.M. Dose of RX, and kept taking this once every night. Couldn't tell any difference or return in symptoms of acid reflux. And I'm extremely sensitive to stopping my acid reflux RX. Ultimate goal is to take this twice a day, and eliminate my A.M. dose of prescription acid reflux med as well. Will update review and star rating accordingly in 30-60 days. Depending on if it takes 1 or 2 bottles to accomplish the transition. But so far, so good.If you are someone who can tell *immediately* (within 4-6 hours) when you've missed a dose of acid reflux medication? (Gross burping, acid burning the back of your throat, or not being able to bend or lean over without those worsening. And even having chest pain that persists until your next dose kicks in.) I'd say this product is definitely worth trying. Especially if you're looking for an alternative way to control pretty severe AR, without so many extra additives. Or if you're just not wanting to take prescriptions when there's something to accomplish the same relief of symptoms. Without including pharmaceutical-grade stabilizers, chemicals, and preservatives.Personally, I take enough of those as it is. Any time I can eliminate one or two? I take that chance. I'm a vegetarian, and know gelatin is one of the most common additives in... Everything. Having the control of specifically choosing vegetarian supplements? Makes me feel better about when I don't have control over the prescription medications I *do* have to take. Because the gelatin is most often sourced from bovine. Any amount of animal derivatives (however small) I can eliminate from what I take? That's something that I am passionate about finding. And also why I have such a strong desire to use natural supplements over prescriptions.Also worth noting: I cannot stand any type/form/smell/taste of vinegar. It makes me nauseous, and I can immediately tell you if someone uses it in food, or has it in a product to clean with. But I can't detect any aftertaste or smell with this capsule. Usually when storing it up to 2 weeks in pill planner with other pills, too! Only complaint I'd mention: if you take multiple all-natural/homeopathic alternatives? A lot of them use the exact same shape, color "powder", and size non-marked/unlabeled capsules. It can get confusing to tell them apart.There are two I take (One being this ACV capsule.) that are literally indistinguishable from one another. Therefore I can only put one in planner at once. Requiring that I have the bottle of the other close-by to add in each night. Because I always double-check my meds before taking them. And that makes it impossible, when I can't tell which is which. In my opinion, that defeats the purpose of a pre-filled pill-planner. And only having medications "out" when you're refilling it. I try to put my medications out-of-reach or sight as much as possible. Due to having a young nephew & niece that are coming in and out of my room when they visit; and 2 dogs plus a cat. Being careful about not leaving medications laying around is paramount for all of their safety.Plus frequently traveling (through airports and TSA) by plane to see them. With only a pill planner to use while I'm there. So having a limited amount of space & weight to utilize in a suitcase or carry-on; I try to minimize and contain my medications, to occupy the smallest space I can. Difficult to accomplish when you have to bring additional bottles or containers. But it's a minor complaint, and probably doesn't impact a ton of people. Since most people likely don't take as many supplements/all-natural substitutes as I do. And not enough to deduct a star, because that's something more about my own inconvenience. Not the quality or effectiveness of the product overall. I hope this review helps in your decision whether or not ACV capsules are something that might work for you.† Haven't been bribed, paid, given product, gotten product, received for discount, participated in/won some sort of sweepstakes, or any of the other disclaimers used at the end of reviews. Because I know I always immediately disregard those when someone says "received it for free for my unbiased opinion". I bought it, tried it, wrote about it, posted it. And really, I honestly just wanted a chance to (correctly) use that cool disclaimer symbol you always see in the tiny fine print.

These work GREAT ONLY if you take them MORNING AND AT NIGHT! For 2 weeks I took 2 pills before noon, NO results or difference. The 2nd 2 weeks I took 2 pills before noon and before literally as I was getting into bed at night and it was THEN I could SEE AND FEEL a difference in my waist and lower stomach. Guys I am over 100 lbs overweight and I have an apron stomach, so when I lose weight in my abdomen, I can feel it almost immediately because when I walk my stomach feels and looks “higher”! There was no difference when I measured my waist in the first 2 weeks, but on day 32 I had lost an inch off my waist from only 2 weeks! So this pill worked for me, I just had to double the dosage. Will I buy it again? YES but only because I like the effects of the real liquid better(I lose more!) however the pill is good when you tire of the liquid and vice versa!!!

My mistake I should have ordered the gummy chews Instead of capsule. Gummys are great.Tried to reorder gummies, but apparently they are no longer available. I hope they are back soon. I would put t hem on constant reorder.

This is my third purchase of the Apple Cider Vinegar pills from NutraChamps and I will say I am so pleased to finally find a product that does what it claims to do. I apologize for not doing reviews on the first two orders, I wanted to wait until I used the product long enough to give a constructive and honest review. I was skeptical at first, but now I have full confidence in this product, hence the 3 orders in a short time, I didn't want to run out. The ACV pills have regulated my blood sugar by curbing the cravings for sweets and junk food, I am eating healthier thanks to these pills. I can see that the ACV is removing the stored fat from my body, mainly my stomach. I have a lot more enegy than before, my moods seem to be better, I'm happier, I think it is helping with my stress levels too. One funny thing was that I had a cough for about 2 weeks before that would not go away no matter what I did, after 2 days of these pills that darn cough was gone and hasn't been back since. I don't t have as much muscle pain as I did before and I have noticed my eye sight has gotten better, I'm sure that has to do with with the ACV pills regulating my blood sugar. I am telling all my family and friends about this ACV, some have already ordered theirs. I recommend these to everyone who wants to feel better.

I started getting hot flashes due to menopause a few months ago. Thankfully I researched natural options and came across success stories using apple cider vinegar. I started out drinking it mixed with water and honey but that was pretty hard to stomach both morning and night so thought I'd try the capsules. Both versions helped BUT the capsules make it so much easier to take daily. I started out with 2 TBL or 2 capsules each morning and the same amount before bed. It took about 3 days of doing this before my hot flashes went away completely. They are 100% gone as long as I continue to take. I now only take 1 in the morning and 2 at night and it still works. My mom suffered greatly from hot flashes, I wish she had known about ACV! This works wonders! Try it! Oh and also, when I started getting hot flashes I was also getting cortisol rushes each night, all night long as well, this was waking me up every 20 minutes or so. I took adrenal support capsules found here on Amazon for that problem and they stopped by the 2nd day! These natural remedies are so much healthier for you than hormone replacement therapy or pharmaceuticals. I'm so happy I found these!
