Bought this to replace my original power supply on a Dell Inspirion laptop. The original was charging the laptop only intermittently. It gave me the message,"plugged in but not charging". I believe my last Dell laptop had the same issue. This replacement came a day before I expected it to arrive which pleased me because I was leaving town on vacation. Plugged it in and it seemed to work perfectly. I was also happy because I got no annoying message saying it was not an original Dell replacement part. This happened every time with the other replacement I bought for my other Dell computer. Bought this unit on Oct. 21st 2017. It is now Nov.13th, 2017. Used it every day since receiving and all is well so far. Very pleased with this power bank. Oh, and it was priced right. Can't recall exactly what I saved as compared to the OEM cost, but it was substantial. I would recommend this purchase from this seller.

The charger arrived on time and, as far as my personal experience is concerned, complied with Dell requirements. I came to find out that Dell chargers have some circuitry inside that, if the charger is defective, or has part of the wire broken (as was my case), it can signal to the notebook that the power source may not be compliant. On booting the PC, a message from the BIOS can appear and inform that the A/C power charger is not recognized. This can seriously affect the performance of the computer. So, using an original or a Dell-compliant charger is a key to both properly charge the battery and also to run the notebook at full performance. This charger is recognized by the BIOS of the computer without problems and I am totally satisfied with it.

I bought the charger last December. It worked fine for around three months after which it was causing my laptop issues. However, when I emailed Tinkon's customer support about the issues the charger was causing, the person was super helpful and kind. They apologized for the inconvenience and also shipped a brand new replacement charger for FREE! I am grateful for the superb customer service. Here's to hoping this charger will last much longer. I haven't had my charger for long, but I can say I'm really pleased that it hasn't had any issues since I began using it. I previously went through chargers from another supplier and I was replacing every few weeks because the power supply stopped working. I hope this one keeps working for me! I am SO happy I'm able to continue working and using my computer without worrying about my battery life.

The battery works as they say it would. Only giving 4 stars is because the cord is shorter than the original and I had to rearrange everything to accommodate the shorter cord. Computer didn't say it wasn't original so I guess it is good to go.Update having problems. Won't stay in keeps falling out of the connection to the computer. Not even 6 months old. Piece of crap. Beware.

I had the emergency - I forgot my power source. I went to amazon and found the Tinkon 65W AC replacement. Order and delivered! I conserved power by using my phone as much as possible. I felt like Tinkon saved the day! When ordering a replacement power cord, be sure to know what wattage you need. You can find out by running Belarc. I needed 65W.!

Purchased 06/28/2019. Stopped charging batteries May 2020. But all in all it did it’s job while it lasted.

Purchased this replacement for a clients HP laptop. They were using a under wattage charger, which prompted it was not strong enough and never charged the battery. This product came very quick, seller was very professional, and it worked right out of the box. The quality of this charger is surpurb and top notch. BIOS under wattage messages ceased and clients battery charges to 100% again. I will always buy clients power adapters from this seller.
