Terrible product, no adhesion. Doesn't last a month.
Don't buy this product. I cleaned my RV roof and applied this lap sealant. The Dicor I used is holding up perfectly 4 months later. This product, is peeling up and feels like a sponge. I absolutely would not use this product anywhere you need a water tight seal. I am throwing the rest of the product away and replacing with Dicor. Fortunately I used Dicor for most of the roof, but the areas I used this product must be redone. It also takes forever to cure and doesn't level. Another negative.

Seems like a really good product
Was easy to apply and it fills in holes and voids really well. Easy to work with.

Horrible product, does not stick at all and peeled right off
Properly cleaned and prepped the surface and applied this, and it spread perfectly looked great. In the next day it was coming off. Was past the return cycle or would have returned this.

Watch for blown up tubes
The product itself worked as advertised, went on smooth leveled up nicely. The issue I ran into was some of the tubed were pressurized. As soon as I poked the hole into the end of the tube the calk went everywhere and wasted quite a lot on 2/6 tubed. One other tube had a big glob of calk blown past the end of the tub making it pretty well worthless. Definitely wasn't a temperature issue as it was only 68 and applied inside my building out of the sun.
