Q: Is this too big for a 12 month old?

I bought this headband for my 9 year old granddaughter. It fit my 3 year old granddaughter, but not sure about a 12 month old. It might slide around on her head.

Q: Would this fit a 6yr old or is it too big?

It'd be perfect! My 5 yr old wears hers just fine!

Q: Is the blue Iridescent more purple then blue? Or does it change colors?

My daughter's was rainbow-colored, (not like this picture) and no, it does not change colors.
