This dvr system was easy to set up. No issues with connecting to the internet. App is easy to set up and the App is easy to use. Lovevhowvthe play back feature is easy to use also.

I didn't like the product.

The media could not be loaded. I own two L22WD 1600 I tried to pay for help to fix my system they only wanted to change out my whole system new installation because it is obsolete even after I showed the cctv tech my new 1080 2mp 16 channel dvr recorder for CCTV I wanted to install for my old cameras he charge me seventy five dollars for service call and left also said if I get new system he will deduct seventy five dollars from the bill after he left I started talking it apart using what I bought 2 new 8 splitter so started connecting the bnc to the back of the dvr system and connected power with 8 in one splitter to dvr system it was with this dvr system I got 19 working fine and the system when I closed out admin it automatically ask me to change resolution to get best picture out my cameras I have some bad cameras I need to replace but I'm happy hooks up to a 32 inch tv with a hdmi cable i bought a second one to hold the rest of my cameras this is a very great system it saved me a lot of money knowing what I know now I would pay four hundred dollars and wouldn't complain they were trying to change me eight thousand seven hundred seventy nine dollars and ninety two cents

Everything about it was good for the first 30 or so days. Bought this on June 17, 2024, after a month and a half it started to give me problems. It stopped recording for some reason, saying that the Hard disk is not recognized. I was going to return it for a refund but the return window has passed. Now I have to see if I can find a USB to USB cable to see if I can connect it to my laptop and see if I can repair the disk.

It isn't a bad set up but just not right for what we need so I had to return it and I had no problems with returning it everything went smoothly

I was looking for a dvr compatible with my swann cameras system because mine got fried and I couldn’t find anything except for this one fully functional and easy to use + 1tb HDD

This cost $50, it's only 2MP but 8 channels. Very basic and simple DVR. Too bad it didn't comes with any hard drive for storage. I wanted to use it with POE cameras but I can't get it to work.
