Amazing
Been using stripless wax for a while and thought I’d give soft wax a try. It’s amazing! And virtually pain free. Much more effective too for hair removal. So handy that the melt can be pre-started in the microwave. I’m never going back to wax beads now.

Does the job intended
Took a while for the wax to melt in this pot but once its melted dod the job intended. Only thing I'd say is not intended for sensitive skin. Tried it on the back of my hand for temperature but left a bumpy rash. Eyebrow are was fine just sticky residue for a while

Good wax
Good wax. Reliable. Unlike the plasticy wax beads I have tried this one works and gets out every single hair. The only downside is how incredibly difficult it is to get off ANYTHING.

damaged
I would like a refund or replacement! I have only just opened the box and it has came damaged. The lid popped straight off and cannot even try to put the lid on to stop the wax coming out, the whole side of the pot is cracked and has been spilling out wax so it’s had to get thrown away!!
