Delicious! The citrus flavor is surprisingly apparent. In a good way. But I think I expected more cumin and chile flavors. The lime or whatever citrus is in there, is very noticeable. It's really good, but just keep that in mind in case you're not wanting a citrus flavor in whatever you're adding this too.

I was wanting the hatch chili seasoning as pictured in the photos and I got the sw chili which is not much of a flavor. Amazon get your sites together with the right product! So frustrating!

This is a really good tasting spice and I love it on everything. Meat , Potatoes and Vegetables. Really does taste like hatch green chilies! Awesome & yummy!

I love the flavor of this. I put it on chicken and even in my chicken soup. I've just started cooking with this and can't wait to try it in other dishes.

The flavor was really good in the chili I made however the quality is questionable or at least the manner in which it’s being stored in Amazon’s warehouse. Huge lumps. Not sure it’s fresh.

So dang tasty - we’ve added this to eggs, enchiladas, verde pork and can’t wait to try new stuff!!!

Just received this. Used half a tablespoon and it didn't taste of anything. Noticed the manufacturer date was last year. I popped the seal so not sure about returning the product.
