Q: Can you cut this easly?

The tool they supply is junk. I just used a pair of side cutters for electrical wire. It was a piece of cake to cut it. I did have a problem that half way through the roll it had a strand of wire that was not welded. They did give me my money back but it slowed down getting my chicken coop done.

Q: Is this easy to work with?

Yes, very easy to work with. We have one acre fenced for garden to protect from deer and added this to protect from rabbits. It was easy to unroll and attach to the bottom of the existing fence poles and has worked well. Also looks nice. We recommend it!

Q: Will this be good to enclose a deck for cats? Can you use a staple gun?

Should work for cats. It is only 48 inches high, cats could jump over. With longer staples, a staple gun should work fine.
