This is a very nice product, great quality, great appearance, and looks much nicer than the standard plug that's installed in tubs. It's heavy/thick and shiny. Extremely easy to install, just remove the old one and put this one in place. It came with extra o-ring gaskets to choose from so you'll get a customized, tight fit. So much nicer by 100%, than the cheaper plastic strainers (everyone just kicks out of the way) yet still very affordable; well worth the extra few dollars. Thank you for an amazing product!

I can't seem to make this fit in my tub no matter what. One gasket is too big and the other is too small. Maybe I just have an odd size tub drain! Since it doesn't seal tight, the hair still gets through.

If you are planning on using this device (or any like this) in a shower, don't waste your money.With the plunger/stopper installed and the stopper in the open position, it drains very very slowly.If you remove the stopper and just leave the strainer, it drains much better but does not stop hair from entering the drain which kinda defeats the purpose.If you need something for hair, just buy an inexpensive basket strainer.If you take baths it probably would be just fine.....but for showering, it sucks.

I have 3 daughters who constantly clog the tube with hair. I have tried many different types of hair catches but it wasn’t until my drain opener and close broke that I discovered this. It is amazing! Easy to open and close the drain with just a light push and it stops the hair from going down the drain!

Or works great as a stopper, but hair is still reaching my drain. It still catches some hair, but it's just letting water collect in the tub like before I bought it. It feels like it's made of good, quality materials, though.
