0 stars, don't waste your money
Where to start, customer service is horrible, takes days to hear from them, the A/C controls didn't work and after 2 weeks of back and forth emails I had a Facebook FaceTime meeting to correct. I have a 2017 ram, I set the radio for my truck and it didn't work. They had me set it to a Jeep Grand Cherokee to get the A/ C controls to function but was poor at best. They thought that was a proper solution. The face time meeting was horrible, they speak poor English and I was on with them for 2 hours trying to figure out what they were telling me to do.they only communicate with you after 10pm so I had to stay up late to try to get my new radio to function. Wifi was unstable, you can connect more than 1 phone but to switch back and forth is a nightmare. Before I purchased they told me it would work with my factory installed microphone, it does not. The microphone they supply is cheap, the built in microphone picks up so much road noise its unless. No instructions are included and the video they have on here is generic and not for a specificradio. Save your money. This is the 3rd radio I bought and returned on Amazon. I wish you could give a negitive stars review , I would rate a minus 5 .

Pictures of original to install to a personal touch.Plug and play? I would say yes! Directions would be extremely helpful. But just email them. Excellent seller and customer support. Honestly so haply with purchase. As well as the following up with the seller. DEFINITELY BUY!!!!Still ROCKING!Wifi is great! I added a reverse camera as well now works great too! Had the AC ISSUSE turning up full blast . Contacted seller and BAM! Really an awesome buy IMO!!! This was also the only one that fit my ram and great pricing! Stop browsing it's straight forward! SUPER HAPPY!!!!A year later CSR.. still responds fast! An with goof direction!
