Autosol01 D01290 Blue Spray - 150ml - white

This is NOT a wipe-on/wipe-off product. This stuff works - PROVIDED you apply some serious kinetic energy onto your problem.I had a seriously dark blue exhaust pipe on my Royal Enfield trials bike, with hand-rubbing - nothing happened. But, I made a 'mop' using a forward-facing drill wire brush and zip-tied some dishcloths over the brush. With 15-20 min mopping with a hand-drill of an area about 8-10 sq in it came up fantastically bright. Absolutely perfect. Many thanks..

This product definitely works. I tried it on a stainless steel exhaust system fitted to a Caterham 7 and to make life easy I remove all the pipework for access. Because it's polished regularly with Solvol Autosol Stainless Steel polish, it doesn't get too challenging so I don't know whether it was a fair test but it did remove the staining and I then finished it all off with the normal polish.

Worked brilliantly on my BMW R nine T headers, which were badly blued, took around 30 minutes per header but now they look like new

Rubbed and rubbed and rubbed and 20 minutes later most of bluing steadfastly remained.Waste of money.
