Thanks hard to find in this size a a reasonable price. Is vest available in orange and with pockets?

I got this to replace one I purchased locally last year. This did not fit. It’s a Large/XL (I wear large), but it fits weird I guess. The arms holes are big and it puckers at the sides/front, so it looks odd. It’s really well made (even better made than the one I have) and a little stiffer though. There is no size chart to go by either. The size chart is in the pkg and I included a photo of it. It says a Large is 42”-44” and I’m 42”. A Medium is 40”-41”. Not sure if I order the Medium if it will work better since the fit is weird/arm holes are big. I do love the Vel*ro being only two strips rather than one long one like mine. It’s easier and quick to get off.One issue with it being weird could be the way it’s made (See the flat lay photo). In the photo, the arm hole on the right has a bigger gap when laid flat seam to seam. This is because it’s closed shut via the vel*ro and the mfg didn’t account for this. It needed more fabric on that side to account for the extra needed to secure it shut. So my guess when you pull it over to secure it (due to the lack of fabric) it puckers. Maybe this wouldn’t be noticeable on a larger person who fits into it more, but it’s noticeable on me. * the last two photos of the greenish vest is my current vest. It’s a better fit and the arm holes are smaller.Lastly, per my measurement and the mfg size chart, this is the bigger of the size range. Tag says 42”-48” and it’s 48” per my measurement. Being that Im 42”, I’m not sure the medium will work for me.
