We purchased the Roborock in December 2023, and it has continued to perform exceptionally well. My partner and I were looking for a device that could vacuum and mop simultaneously, especially for days when we were too busy to clean the floors ourselves.While the noise level is noticeable, it is quieter than a traditional vacuum cleaner. The suction power is impressive, and it allows you to adjust the intensity based on your needs. You can also set it to do either one or two cleaning passes, which adds flexibility depending on how thorough you want the clean to be.One of the standout features is the ability to select specific rooms or sections of your home to clean, which is especially useful if you do not want it running through the entire house.Regarding the mopping function, it is helpful for maintaining cleanliness and removing surface-level dirt. However, it does not completely replace manual mopping. I have noticed that when I mop manually, the water still turns slightly grey, indicating that the Roborock does not always lift all the deeper grime. That said, it significantly reduces the need for frequent manual mopping and keeps floors looking presentable in the meantime.Overall, the Roborock has been a valuable addition to our household and has made day to day floor maintenance much more convenient!

Bought this as someone with a new puppy, as he was frequently shedding fur, tearing toys etc up and bringing in grass etc from the garden. I needed something that would be able to keep on top of that and reduce the overall cleaning work. I decided with something like this I would get what I pay for, and went for the latest and priciest one, and the mop was important to me.And it does exactly that. The kitchen stays managable, and it mops it pretty well. Carpets it does a good enough job (Though I perhps was expecting slightly better), and I'm surprised how well it does with tables etc, getting into all nooks and crannies it is able to fit in. It has various cleaning levels, including a deep clean one which I honestly set it to the most unless I need the mop (Will get to that later).You can set a full floor clean which will just do that once, or you can set individual rooms, where you can make it do 2 or 3 passes, Which I find useful. There is also a "zone clean" where you can set a specific area if you need a quick spot clean anywhere. All of this is accessed by the phone app which is easy to use and manage. You can use this to set schedules at specific times too, making it all automated more or less. It also clearly tells you when things need to be emptied, cleaned maintained etc.It stores 4 maps so you can also do upstairs.Setup is easy, just put the docking thing wherever is best, install the app and pair it with the hoover, and just follow the instructions. It'll send the hoover out to map the floor, which is surprisingly quick. I'd reccomend to remove as much as possible from the room including furnature, so it makes a more, accurate map, then put everything back where you want it. I figured it would learn about and deal with new obstacles better that way but maybe I'm just being a bit OCD with the map looking accurate lol.So that leaves the downsides, and honestly there aren't many. I find there seem to be some things (Strings, feathers, wool) that it simply won't pick up entirely off my carpets at any setting. Not the end of the world, as it cleans everything else well, leaving those bits to pick up manually so they're easy to spot, but still I am a bit disappointed by this.It also does its best when stuck, but since it is designed to drive up small inclines (for rugs etc) it sometimes will go over things and if there is no footing it will get trapped (For example I put a clothes horse down once, and it got stuck dead on the center of the cross section) so be mindful about what obstacles you put down.While this cleans pretty well, it won't completely replace manual hoovering, so make sure you have a cheap one to do the corners it can't get to etc every month or so.Overall a very useful luxury, and I would recommend it if you have a bit of extra cash to treat yourself. It will certainly make life easier.

I love this, we use everyday and it keeps the floors clean.Don’t expect to put it on a fully ground in dirty floors and they will be perfectly clean afterwards. But keeping relatively clean floors clean by daily mopping it works a treat.Seems like a lot of money but given it usefulness and you can program schedules or set if going from work, or recently on our holiday means you come back to a clean house…..one less chore…just remember to leave the doors open

Initially, the vacuum cleaner/mop worked well, the concept is good and it worked as expected. We could not connect via wifi which was an issue, but it operated as expected. However, after 4 weeks it flagged up with an error relating to the laser/finder and cut out after a few minutes use. Roborock couldnt seem to help remotely, and it is now being sent back for full refund. We have had to pay £18 shipping which we will be claiming back too. Overall, although the concept is good and it appears to work to start with, we are likely to try another brand. We doubt this machine has the sturdiness to actually last any reasonable length of time. It is a big investment and we would expect many years of reliable use. Be very careful and consider that if you do purchase this vacuum, you will likely have issues with it.OK - 3.9.24 - I am updating this review. We had a replacement machine from Roborock and this has performed much better. So far, after months of use now, this replacement is working as expected. It cleans well, and we are saving time. I still haven't managed to get it linked to my phone, but I will try again imminently. It seems that the first unit we had was a rogue/faulty machine, as so far we have not had the same issues with the second machine.Hence I have updated my review to 5 stars for now, we'll continue to see how this goes. But in summary - this is saving us a lot of time and effort, and keeps our floors looking clean. Very good.29.10.24 - sadly our Roborock has failed, it has started leaking water every time it does its clean up. We have tried to see if there is any debris or anything causing this, and have cleaned it out, but no joy. Amazon have collected this now and we await our refund, we will have to look at other options going forward. A good concept, but keeps failing.
