There is no pain when using this device. However, there is a slight redness after using it. If you have sensitive skin, you may feel more pain, but it is painless compared to general dermatological procedures. In my case, my skin is not particularly sensitive, so the irritation went away after a few hours. So, it is always better to use this device at night.I tried a lot of different tools, but the problem was that you had to spend a lot of time to see the effect. After using this device just once, you can feel the difference in your skin the next day. It seems to get better after two or three uses. Also, since it is sufficient to use it within 10 minutes at a time, it is very good for those who are troublesome to use the tool.Another advantage is that you can use a variety of cosmetics. However, it is recommended to use it only once a week due to irritation, so you should choose a functional product that suits your skin well.I liked that the tip was small, so I could focus on detailed areas such as the nose, between the eyebrows, and the corners of the mouth.The tips are disposable, so you have to buy them regularly, similar to other skin toning devices that require you to constantly buy sliding gels. It will cost money regularly, but it's not bad in terms of hygiene.It has been a few weeks since I tried this device. I have used it once a week with Dermafirm Biotoc 3X Cross-link ampoule, Biotic Regen-ampoule, and Misssha Time Revolution Artemisia ampoule. It has been great on my not-so-sensitive skin. The next morning I always feel my skin glowy, firmer, and younger looking with less visible pores. I am sure this device will become a staple in my skin care routine.

I've been using this for two weeks now and I like it! (I used it with biotec 3x ampoule) It could give you a light tingly pain if you have a sensitive skin. Make sure to do a face mask or put a heavy moisturizer for next couple days, then it'll be okay in next 1-2 days. You'll see a glow right after you use it!

I am using it with my own The Ordinary ample and the ample absorption and retention are so much better with this device. My skin is sensitive but this device is painless and gently massages as well. Even though I don't see a dramatic change after a week, I can feel that my skin is hydrated and my make up sits better on my skin. The amount of ance has reduced as well. If you are concerned about your enlarged pores and acne, you should give this a try. I am very satisfied with my purchase so far. Thank you!

First of all, this was manufactured back in 2020, so about 3 years.At first, I thought the condition looked like a used or returned one, but maybe it's worn because this one was from back in 2020. I cannot verify it so I guess I am not going to try this on my face to find out what's what.For the price, saying disappointed would be an understatement.

This microneedling pen is not painful but I’m not comfortable continuing to use it on my own. As someone who is prone to keloids, i’m nervous about the possibility of breaking out/infections due to my own potential user error in using it. For those that are more experienced in receiving treatments elsewhere and don’t have sensitive skin, this may be a good at home option to save money over time.

The media could not be loaded.  This is the DERMAFIRM BIOTOC Medi NANO Pen PRO | Microneedling Pen for Increase in Content Absorption and Skin Moisturization and it is absolutely amazing!I've been researching and contemplating micro needling for a couple of years now when those rollers were all the rage, but I was in no way going to be using one of those as the one cannot really gauge the pressure evenly all over and so I decided the potential for serious skin damage was too much of a risk.Then along comes this little gem of a gadget. It is so easy to use. I fully charge it before use. It come with five needle tips which are spring activated, and they are very simple to attach, they simple screw on to the tip. It has three pressure levels, the buttone to select is on the bottom of the wand and has three different coloured lights to indicate the pressure levels.So, two weekends ago, after watching a you tube video I felt quite confident to take the plunge. My package did not come with the serums so I used a moisturizing toner and a hyaluronic serum I had on hand. I piled it on one side of my face at a time because I took my time and new if I'd applied them to my whole face I would have had to re-apply.As this was the first time I'd ever done, or had done, micro needling, I had the device set at the lowest, gentlest setting and boy am I glad I did. Using the enclosed instructions and following the diagram method I gently pressed the device against my jaw line and turned it on, it glided easily across my skin so I continued, in what I thought at the time was with very methodical strokes working my way up to my fore head, it does feel like little prickles but it was not at all painful until I worked on my forehead where it actually was a little painful, probably because there are no fat cells so the needling felt particularly harsh around that area.I probably spent fifteen minutes doing my entire face and neck. I then re-applied some serums and a moisturizer. Soon after the redness started to set in, and the heat. After half an hour or so my face felt quite hot, I check the mirror and to my horror my face looked like a candy cane. 😄 Angry hot red stripes and white where I'd missed micro needling. My fault entirely, I am a total novice after all. Next time I'll be more precise. So my skin finally started to feel cooler after a good eight to ten hours, I'd re-applied serums etc several times and my skin felt tight and smooth and wounderful. I re-applied once more before bed and made a huge mistake by applying some vitimin C serum... DO NOT DO THIS, my skin flared up again. So wait a good twenty-four hours before doing this.I absolutely love this little wand, I love how my skin feels and cannot wait to do another session next weekend. Highly, highly recommend. 😍🥰

This is my first microneedling device, and I was a little nervous about using it, but it’s so easy and not that scary! I actually prefer using it to treat scars on my body as I’m a little tentative about using it on my face, but so far I’ve had no problems. I don’t experience any pain, just a little redness at the treatment site. It also looks like replacement heads are now available in the same listing, so that’s convenient for continued safe use.
