It works really well, especially if your dog is white like mine. It's easy to use and doesn't bother my dog. This grooming treatment is made with natural ingredients, which is great because it's gentle and safe for all dogs. I'm really impressed with how well it works

I show Maltese dogs and hoped this product would work but sadly it does not & actually made eye stains worse .I had to throw away after a short while as the pump failed .waste of money

As my dog gets older she is having more trouble with tear staining, so I thought this product would be great to combat it. The application was a tad difficult, especially as my little one wriggles at the sight of anything coming towards her, so I used a cotton wool ball to make it fast and easy. The tear stains are slowly disappearing, but one thing to note is that they are not rebuilding and that's the main thing. I think it will take a little more time to remove them fully, and then I can apply it once in a while to prevent any more building up in the future.

Our dog is brown in color and doesn't have many tear stain issues since the tear stains are the same color as her fur, but our friend's Pomeranian is white and has very large brown stains on her eyes. She tried this product on her Pomeranian, and was very happy with the results. Her dog didn't mind the smell or the scent at all and after applying it based on the directions it did remove the stains have better than trying to wash her with soap, or or any other method she has tried. You have to be careful with it as with anything because you are so close to the eyes but I think if you have a white or lighter colored dog, you'll be happy with the results. Recommended!

Getting the stuff out of the bottle, you press and press and nothing, then it splotters out in clumps. I did shake the bottle first. I ended up putting some of it in the lid and used a cotton bud to put on the tear stains.It dried, I combed some of it out, it didn't all come out, and really made no difference. There is no way I could have squirted this directly onto the dog. It says do not get in the eyes, so you need to be very careful.Personally, I do not recommend this, it's just gooey clay that comes out the bottle in spits and spots.

This tear stain remover for pets is good quality and easy to use. It comes with clear instructions on how to use it to remove and prevent tear stains. I'm pleased with this product.
