Made my hair brittle and dry
Was not impressed with this relaxer at all. It made my hair so dry that I literally had to apply a hair mask afterward.The pack came with 2 instead of 4. Contacted the seller and we managed to come to an agreement.

Always check if they are 4
Very disappointed, want to retouch my hair only to find one pack of relaxer is not there. I think they were supposed to be 4 not 3
