Edward Bawden's England (V&A Artists in Focus)

I was expecting a collection of Mr Bawden's illustrations of the English landscape/townscape - if that's what you are expecting then look elsewhere because this isn't it. I think what this is, is, a collection of the highlights of V&A copyright owned collection of Bawden's work fleshed out with a potted biography. There should be (possibly there is somewhere) a catalogue raisonne of his work and this isn't it. Shoddy, underfunded, scholarship which doesn't add much to the reputation of the V&A.
