Same weight and strength as OEM
I don't ever write reviews for anything but for this instance I felt it was needed..I'm not a bot or some fake reviewer. Ordered both the left and right control arms after refreshing the front end on a 03 LTZ400 I bought. Control arms were fine but the ball joints were shot. For some reason Suzuki didn't make the lower ball joints replaceable. Only one side came in the mail.. Messaged Caltric through Amazon on Friday before Labor Day weekend not expecting a response for a few days. Caltric responded with a tracking number for the missing part within an hour. Amazing customer support. As far as the quality goes, the arms have the same weight and feel as an OEM arm which is 170$ a piece. They bolted up tight with no issues. Even comes with new bolts. With this short interaction with them I will be buying everything I can from them. Its hard to find that type of customer support these days.
