They work for me onn12 hour shifts

These straight-up did absolutely nothing for me. No heat, no pain relief, although they did stick really well.And yes, I even did the 'massage for 1-3 minutes' in the instructions. Absolutely nothing. Don't waste your money, buy something that costs more but actually heats up. This seems to be more like a tiger balm patch, except that my tiger balm actually feels like it's doing something.

I bought these for the pains I get in my shoulder. It did heat up but not much but did not want to stick for long, whether that's because it was in an awkward place I don't know. Don't think I'd buy again.

Excellent product it does actually heat up and stays hot for over 24hrs unlike other products I have brought. Gave some too a friend and they were very impressed aswell. Highly recommend this product.

These were ideal as in they stuck to my shoulders easily unlike other heat pads that go hard when warmed up ..but these after about half hour or so they started to sting my skin and have left with with big red rough peeling patches .. im not usually sensitive to things so if you are ,I’d think twice about buying this particular brand

Easy to use lots of heat to help with the pain

Besonders gefällt mir, dass ich weder starke Wärme noch Kälte durch das Pflaster verspüre und vor allem, es reizt meine Haut nicht. Ich habe oft das Problem von Schmerzsalben, - pflastern etc Hautausschlag und/oder stark juckende Haut zu bekommen. Bei diesen Pflastern, nichts :) Es dauert eine Weile nach dem Aufkleben und auf einmal sind meine Schmerzen sehr viel besser oder sogar ganz verschwunden. Der Geruch ist angenehm ätherisch und nicht zu stark. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen, diese Schmerzpflaster mal auszuprobieren
