Overall no complaints… which is a new experience in itself.female / put together alone / took less then an hour from unboxing to sheets on the mattress / no tools needed / don’t need a box springIt arrived soooo well packaged. It was heavy but I’m glad I didn’t have to drag it up any stairs. I put this together myself and it took me start to finish less then an hour. The most time consuming thing was figuring out the directions. They are ridiculous if you aren’t technically inclined. In the end I just made sure I used the assigned hardware to the assigned hole and connected things as I went. The included diagram made zero sense to me.The jury is still out on sturdiness. I think I missed something because it moves and makes noise when you roll over, but not like it’s broken. Also I have a few extra pieces of hardware… soo eh. All things considered it had very clearly labeled pieces, minimal damages on the finish (2 tiny spots) and it seems like hardy pieces of wood. I really like that the bottom frame was velcro. A few pieces weren’t completely even but what is these days.This was a way better experience then my past (returned) wayfair bedframe purchases. I would purchase from this company again. Great bang for your buck….so far!

La caja estaba muy dañada y tenía miedo que hayan roto alguna pieza , pero es muy pesada para una sola persona así que supongo que el repartidor sufrió con la entrega ., afortunadamente está perfectamente empacada (desearía haber tomado foto de eso ) fue fácil de montar , la cama es para mi hijo de 15 años así que el la monto y yo le ayudaba a sostener las piezas y leer las instrucciones . Una vez abierta la caja Nos tomó quizá un poco más de una hora hacerlo , las instrucciones son tan claras , las pegatinas con los números de cada parte de las piezas está acomodadas de manera que las juntas y ese es el also correcto, así que ni siquiera tienes que figurar de que lado irán. Más detallada imposible ! pusimos una cobija abajo para armar la cama y que las piezas no se rayaran. Escogí este modelo por que Es de las pocas camas que tienen soporte en medio de la barra lateral , donde las camas de otras compañías se quejan que se rompen , esto ayuda a deben soportar elPeso al sentarse a la orilla de la cama . No se que tan duradera será pero se siente fuerte con buena constitución . Hasta ahorita muy contenta con mi compra . Lista y en espera de la entrega del colchón . Si hay algún problema prometo actualizarla ,

I was skeptical initially after reading a few negative reviews but I ordered it anyway. It turned out to be a great decision. The bed is made with good quality material. The assembly was super easy, assembled it single handedly in 1 hour. Recommended it to a friend who bought it and found it good as well. While I really like the design and ease of assembly, the supporting planks for the mattress could have been better designed. Instead of sticking them to the frame with velcro, they could have used bolts for a sturdier product. But overall, very happy with the product and it is worth the money!

Fairly easy to assemble, it is helpful to have a second person to hold thing together. But doable by 1. Little odd to sleep on kinda has a ridge down the center but for the price very good. Very sturdy!

After deciding to upgrade to a king sized bed, I obviously needed a new platform to put it upon. After looking through Amazon I finally settled on this because of the overall height of it as well as the fact that it matches my existing bedroom furniture.The packaging was very efficient in how the pieces were laid out, I'll admit it was a bit of an annoyance getting everything out, but that's only because each item sat within a larger piece so that very little space was wasted. Best part? the styrofoam that was offering impact damage protection, was inside a plastic bag (which will be recycled). So for the first time ever I didn't have all of the little annoying styrofoam bits to clean up as I broke everything down to be recycled.Assembly was amazingly simple (speaking as a Veteran of Assembling IKEA furniture), 14 pieces overall, and hardware that was all a single sized hex key, which are normally very annoying, but in addition to the normal fare hex key that was sealed along with the various fasteners, was a ratcheting hex key. First time I ever saw one included with a "some assembly required" furniture piece, and it made putting everything together snuggly, very easy.Material is all wood, and it doesn't seem to be composite or particle board, just very dry solid wood pieces with a finish on them.I would definitely recommend this platform bed frame.

I was not only pleased with the product but also all the small things Zinus did for the customer you don’t think of. They send an actual ratchet to assemble the furniture and not a dinky Allen wrench. Additionally their packing foam is covered with plastic so that during box opening foam bits don’t get everywhere in your house. They have sticks with numbers correlating to each step of assembly making it extremely easy to follow (really don’t even need instructions that how easy).Now for the product itself, it’s an excellent build. Said Stickers for assembly are placed in locations that’ll get covered so no need to remove. It looks great and has great support. The flats are spaced evenly through Velcro strip that unfolds the flats. They are placed by the first one being doweled guaranteeing perfect positioning. They even have a silencing foam for the middle so no noise transfers from the flats to the board they rest on.This product was amazing to work with and extremely impressed with the companies ability to think of additional conveniences for the customer outside of just a nice product.

I was a little hesitant to purchase a bed from Amazon by a brand that I’d never heard of, but I needed something quick so I ordered this one. It arrived earlier than expected which was great!The quality turned out to be great! The headboard is very heavy and sturdy. The rest of the bed seems to be well made also, we will see how it holds up. The legs do seem quite small considering the amount of weight a bed needs to support, but we have no issues after using it for a few days. I love that the slats attach to the base with a Velcro strip. This eliminates shifting and the accompanying noise that happens when the slats aren’t firmly attached.You will likely need a second set of hands to build the bed. I was able to do everything myself other than attach the the headboard to the base, I did need someone to hold the headboard steady while I attached it. I love that this bed came with a ratchet, it made assembly a breeze. I built the bed in about an hour. It also comes with a few additional screw in case you lose any parts.Overall I’m very pleased with the bed, it seems to be great quality and it looks exactly as pictured. If you’ve ever built furniture from IKEA, putting this together will be a breeze. I would recommend this bed.

First, the product came double boxed, and probably 50% of the interior volume consisted of styrofoam sheets of packing. Needless to say, the bed arrived in perfect condition. The styrofoam was all encased in plastic bags, so there was no mess as it was removed from the packaging. I highly recommend you open the first box lengthwise, then do the same with the second box. That way you can spread open the cardboard and it's easy-peasy to remove all the packing as you remove the bed pieces.Second, the bed is incredibly easy to put together. There aren't actually that many pieces, and the screw holes and such are perfectly accurate and everything fits just as it should. Everything you need is included in the box. Apart from a utility knife to open the box, and then to open the mattress slats, you need no other tools. They include an Allen key and - get this - a mini Allen ratchet that works awesomely well. All the hardware is labelled, and they even include some spares. The instructions are large and clear, if not quite intuitive. It helps that there's not many pieces and it's obvious what goes where. As you tighten some screws it may seem like a few don't want to go in - are they cross-threaded?! - but give it a few turns and all is well.We bought this for our 3.5 year old son. It is solid wood, no particle board in sight. It is absolutely an amazing deal, such that I'm writing this lengthy (for me) review. It all fits together, and is a solid piece of furniture. I absolutely recommend this product!

Second time we have purchased a Zinus bed and both times very satisfied. Easy to assemble, very sturdy plus some simple yet effective added features such as Velcro to lock the platform in place and non-slip strips for keeping the mattress from moving. Value is good too.

This is the third Zinus bed we’ve purchased and our recent purchase completely exceeded our expectations. Packed so meticulously and the directions for assembly are very straight forward. This bed is well worth the price and you will not be disappointed.

My bed frame came on time, packed secured and no damages. My daughter and I hadit put together in a half of a hour, and looks great.
