I purchased this to swim and do water aerobics. I wanted something that would keep me warmer in the water but did not want a wet suit. This is working out great. Love it.

I’m 5’4 240. I love the product but it just isn’t long enough. I like the fact that it covers you whole torso and has it sweating right away. The only downfall is it doesn’t cover the bottom half of my stomach. Some would call it a FUPA.

The product arrived earlier than expected. The quality is great! I wore it today for a short workout and definitely felt the difference between it and a regular sweatband. It did run a little large in the shoulder area but will get the job done until I lose additional weight and then I will go down 2 sizes. I will order again.

This waist trimmer vest is a very effective product. I wear it to the gym and was surprised how comfortable it is. Stays in place and with the light grey color, you can wear any color or type of shirt over it. The vest does a great job of holding everything in place and I feel so at ease when running on the treadmill. I bought a size bigger and had to return it. So be careful when reading the reviews. The second one fits perfectly. Highly recommend for a great workout or even a long walk or bike riding. Very effective.

I bought this to complement my workout, it definitely makes me sweat when I'm on the treadmill or the elliptical. It fits well, I am 42 triple D and the size that I got fit okay with some room to spare at the top. I do wish it was a little bit longer to fit over my tummy . Otherwise I have no complaints and would recommend it. I'm not an athlete, just a middle-aged woman trying to keep moving . So while I sweat while wearing this, it's not like I'm drenched, unless I'm having hot flashes. I find that it just needs a rinse , if I forget to rinse it right away, it doesn't smell.

I have read reviews just like many of us and trying to compare to other shapes and body as close as we can. I ordered a 4x and that’s just what I received . I know as o wear it I will be able to close the waist area tighter , in due time lol. Well I’m 5’8, 305 lbs , bust size is 46 DDD , Pant size is 22 , I have more of a stomach then anything and I have tried waist cinchers were I looked like a can of busted biscuits and I was uncomfortable. Funny right , I know. I plan on wearing my vest with a shirt due to me having sensitive skin. The vest smells like nylon material. It’s not strong and no I didn’t wash it before I put it on . I will give an update in 2 weeks. Looking forward to this experience

When I ordered this. I wasnt sure which size would best fit me. After reading numerous reviews I went with a size 4X. Im 5'8" 260 wear a 42H bra possibly bigger and its to big. Its not that snug on my boobs and the part that Velcro around the mid section wasnt big enough vertically to fit my belly. I currently wear a spank top underneath it which helps with the fit. Ive used it once so far for a walk and didnt sweat as much as expected, but in all fairness it wasnt a high intensity work out hints the 3 star rating. Should have went with a 3x...Hope this helps someone else.
