Plant based steroids? Sure. Why not?They seem to affect the body much differently than animal or synthetic steroids. This seems to have an effect on some people, and none on others. Unfortunately, I'm one of the ones that didn't see any effects (good or bad). It was still fun to work this into my supplement schedule and to see if it worked for me. Now I know.The pills are rather large, so be wary of that's an issue for you.Normal recommend dosage is 5mg per kg of body weight, so it was around 1 pill daily for me. I wouldn't recommend taking both unless you're 400lbs..

Not sure if it's as good as others I've had. It's depends on the extract amount. If anything, it's good for a psychological boost at the gym.

I was hesitant to use this turkesterone given that I think the serving size is a bit overdosed at 1000mg. To my surprise and delight, I found that a serving size is two capsules, so by only taking one capsule a day I can keep it to 500mg. Each individual capsule is an easy-to-swallow size. I find that supplementing with turkesterone does produce a noticeable but mild effect (more energy). Recommended!

What the heck is Turkesterone? Turkey Testoserone? Regardless, I was told to try this in order to help my workouts.Dosage was simple at two tablet per day. They didn't have a negative flavor nor did they upset my stomach.However, as I only took this for a month I really did not notice a difference in my workouts or my health. No increase in athetic performance or my stamina, as they advertised. That said, I have nothing negative to say about this product.

Not sure if it is mental but my husband loves these. They have now become part of his routine. His energy, stamina, is amazing. He is acting like he is in his 20's again.
