These do the job
Good and sticky. Have held in place well and extended the life of trainers we would otherwise have to throw away.

Not fit for pupose
The patches are OK but the point of them is to cover a hole in the toe of your trainer. In spite of very careful application on to a clean dry surface mine came of after half a mile.A complete waste of time!
