Q: Does this paper have grid lines/markings on it?

No it does not. The one with grid lines is the alpha numeric marking paper

Q: Why is the shipping so expensive? It is a total turn off.

Shipping can never be “free”! “Free shipping” is paid by the vendor. Any time I need to pay for shipping, I wonder if I would buy it if it was “free shipping”. Usually the price is the same.

It is very heavy... much heavier than Manila folders. I haven’t done stained glass but I hope this helps.

Hi. I bought this for my clothes patterns. The paper is thick and untransperant and keeps rolling which makes the whole process more difficult .I find it difficult to work with for my patterns since i got to transfer darts or notches onto materials. I honestly went to home depot and got some painting paper(it is brown and is used to cover your floor when paiting)and I'm using that instead. Its thinner and more malleable. Hope this helps!
