My necklace arrived and the card was damaged, the stone was smashed, with little pieces that just poured out of the bag, the silver casing that the jewel sits in is, bent so the jewel doesn’t fit properly. This is just completely broken.

This product was requested as a gift for my mother who loves this kind of jewellery - simple, dainty, classic, and most importantly, made of sterling silver and in her favourite colour red. The chain is thin and very feminine, featuring the sterling silver '925' stamp (see photos) and the red Zircondia crystal is lovely. The one and only thing I take slight issue with is the packaging it arrives in, as it affords no protection to the product at all. It would much better presented in a box.
