I ended up using them as replacement wheels for our manual pallet stacker. Decent quality and I would recommend them. Quick delivery too.

There is only one Axel rod. Everything else looks ok. The bearings fit in the wheel. Hopefully I can reuse the old axel. If Id known I was going to have to reuse the old axels, I could of just ordered one of the wheel sets that were cheaper because they didn't come with axels. Really irritated about this, especially out of principle.

Had a little bit of trouble with getting the pin through but all good to go

One of these wheels missed quality control.The bearings fix into one of these wheels as expected but the other wheel was a no go.I was able to press the bearing into one with my hands.The second wheel would not accept the bearing even with the use of a rubber mallet.

This is a set of replacement parts for a pallet jack forks. My pallet jack was well worn and was a struggle to use. By installing this rebuild kit, I was able to give new life to an old jack and save having to replace it. I like this kit because it was complete and had everything I needed to renew my pallet jack.

This is a pretty good set of replacement wheels for a pallet jack. The wheels themselves are wide, made with cast metal, sleeved in polyurethane, includes the steel axle shafts, fender washers, roll pins, bearings, plastic entry wheels, and a punch to drive the roll pins in/out. Pretty much everything you need to restore the front end of a pallet jack to almost like new. The wheels are constructed well. The thing I did not like about the replacement set is the included bearings and axle rod. The bearings do fit very snugly into the wheels, and need to be pressed in place via arbor press or hydraulic press equipment. The bearings are of an unknown manufacturer, and do not spin in hand like a branded bearing would spin. Secondly, the axle does not fit snugly into the internal race of the bearing, meaning it is likely that the surfaces between the bearing race and the axle would eventually become the moving surface and create wear to the axle surface in time. The bearings should fit very precisely to the axles, but they do not. Finally the seals/grease in the bearings are not what you'd expect in a bearing. They include rubber seals however do not seal tightly to the inner race of the bearing. They seal snugly into the outer race, and the blue grease inside of the bearing does not fill 1/3 of the bearing cavity (which is pretty much industry standards). For those reasons, as good as the repair kit is priced, I only gave 3 stars for this item. It is priced right, but for longevity additional parts would be required.

I see no obvious difference between these and the originals. So by all indication I should be an old old man before these are due to be replaced.

Heavy duty. Works perfectly. Easy to install. Good quality. Reasonably priced.
