Absolutely loved this product when it was working… it has literally only been one month and this machine has burnt out if it’s blades and fixed top. Such a waste of money that it hurts. I’d love to back this company and product because it delivered some if the best protein ice cream I’ve ever had but with only one month of typical use and it burns out I’m supremely disappointed with the longevity of thus product. Do not waste your money on this trash

Happy with my purchase. It is a bit expensive for a refurbished version (so bit of dice roll when purchasing), but they are constantly sold out so supply and demand.Also, since it takes 8-24 hours to freeze a pint depending on your freezer and what you are freezing, I feel like the extra pints are a must buy with this. Unfortunately the normal pints don't work with the breeze so you need to find the NC100 or NC200 pints, and they seem to be constantly sold out.

I am not someone that writes reviews but here I am because this product and the party I bought it from via amazon scammed me. I wish I could give this a negative review. I bought this product for my sister for her birthday. She got one use in it and the power button would not work. And when she put the ice cream in the freezer after its use, the cups were cheap and freezer burnt the ice cream so she couldn't even enjoy what she made.We had to return the item and I did not even get a full refund. They charged me a $70 restocking fee which was not told to me, in clear writing, when I bought this item.Absolute garbage.

This machine works like magic. I freeze my morning protein shake and then the next day I get to eat ice-cream for breakfast. The mix in feature works great for adding nuts, granola or chocolate chips. It makes traditional, rich ice cream as well. Something for everyone.

If this lasts more than 4 months consider yourself one of the lucky ones. We used it about twice a week for about 2 months. After that it was maybe once a week for the other two months. Then it just stopped working. Power light would blink even after bowl and blade were properly installed. Now it’s just eye candy no ice cream.

This ice cream maker was a lot harder to use than expected. If you don't use real cream and sugar, you don't get good results. You also have to freeze what you made overnight and then put it in the creamer.
